They were very nice people to work with. They were very polite, punctual and called me before coming. We had quite a bit of problems but they worked it out in the end. I had someone else come in before but they did not do the work in a satisfactory manner. I felt the prices were low for their work. We were delayed a couple of days but there were no major problems. The quality of the work was good. Everything is working very well and I have no complaints about them.

They were wonderful. The technician that came out was great, I think he was the owner. The front staff does not do a very good job on ordering parts and they even got an attitude over the phone as well. The people who actually did the work were great.

The service turned out good. They were prompt and good about calling if anything came up.

They were helpful in letting me know about the film on the dishes. They informed me about detergents and gave hints on that as well.

The service turned out very well. They have been helpful in the past. We ended up getting a new washing machine. His prices are very fair, they are very good about returning phone calls, and they are prompt as well. They will call if any changes come up.

I had used Appliance Technicians about 7 or 8 years ago - before Angie's List. I got lucky at that time because they were responsive, professional and did a great job. I kept their card on my refrigerator in case I needed any future repairs. When my freezer section on my side by side fridge began to leak I knew just who to call. Mike was my technician and he arrived right on time. He was very professional and knew exactly what my problem was. He fixed the leak on my 25 year old refrig and told me I would not have to worry about that kind of problem again. Although I had not mentioned my oven problem when I made my original appointment, I asked Mike if he could check my temperature gauge in the oven cause it had been "baking" too hot for several years. He said "no problem" and tested my oven. Sure enough, the temperature gauge needed adjustment and Mike fixed that too. In talking with Mike while he was making my repairs, it was obvious he had a great deal of experience and knew about all types of appliances regardless of brand or age. It is hard to find reliable, professional companies who make repairs to older appliances like mine....no problem for Appliance Technicians, Inc. If you have an older appliance that needs repair, think twice about tossing it to buy a new one. Call Appliance technicians first.

I thought they were great. They were prompt, they came out and diagnosed the problem without any issues. The guy was very nice, knowledgable and helpful. He gave me all the information and prices upfront. He recommended replacing my icemaker, but he didn't push me to replace it. He was honest about my refrigerator, he said I didn't need to replace it, the repair should be good. I felt that the price was fair as well. I had to call them several times before I got a response.

Overall my experience went pretty well. They were prompt and knew what they were doing. My refrigerator is still working. I would use them again in the future.
