Description of Work: I bought the service package with them. It's just a scheduled maintenance. They checked my system. They changed the filters for me. They made sure everything was good to go. They flushed the lines out.

Description of Work: Flushed out system that had gotten clogged, check out system and found bad capacitor which I had replaced.

Description of Work: We had already scheduled our summer maintenance for July 22nd but we had a problem with our AC drainage system and they offered a 2 visit scheduled annual maintenance plus 10% savings on any parts. We purchased the package and Jason stayed and performed the maintenance. This problem would have cost us an additional $129 to be completed. Thanks All American Air. We remain long time customers.

While they do recommend additional features to make the AC more economical or more efficient they are not "pushy" about it. They are probably not the least expensive, but they are prompt, courteous and very professional.

Description of Work: Outside Air Conditioner Compressor wouldn't turn on. Replaced one part, then a second recommended, not required, part from same system. Received after hours service on a Friday evening and had A/C again within 4 hours or original call. Was so satisfied we signed an annual maintenance agreement and parts - with our service call included and parts at the agreement discounted price. VERY HAPPY with response and followup. |

Description of Work: The man who came out checked the back workings of the refrigerator which was not cooling sufficiently. He said the compressor wasn't working well because of the amount of lint, etc. in the back. It needed the cleaning he performed to even begin to work again so that was accurate. The problem comes in when the man said that if the refrigerator didn't start cooling again in a day we needed to buy a new one. It didn't. We bought a new one. A few days later after the repaired refrigerator sat turned off, it seemed to have defrosted the freezer area and we cleaned it out, plugged it in, and it has worked fine ever since. We now have plenty of refrigerator space so I don't know if the guy did us a favor, in a sense, or not. I don't recall the date of the service or how much he charged us but I think it was just for the service call and around $75.

Description of Work: We have a a/c condenser that was installed in 1999 by American Air & Heat and has been serviced by them ever since. They have always treated us fairly and performed honest, quality service. Today was no exception. Rather than tell us that we have an old unit that has gone beyond its life expectancy and needs to be replaced, the service rep replaced the capacitor and we were back in business. Total bill was $230, including the $20 coupon from Angie's List; not a bill for $3000 +. Now we have the time to research a new unit.
