Description of Work: Everything went well. He diagnosed why our washer would not work (spin only worked, and water wouldn't fill at all). He thought it was the Control Board, ordered it, and came back with it the same day. Turned out that the Control Board was not the issue, so he ordered a Valve, replaced it, and everything worked well. At our request, he cleared our dryer vent of lint (from the wall vent side), and he worked in a very small space for both the washer and the dryer. When he bumped his head, there was NO 4-letter word out of his mouth. This is the second time we have used him within 6 months and been pleased both times. (We first used him when our regular repair guy retired...he the guy who retired was not first on Angie's List, and was just a good recommendation from a coworker.)

Description of Work: Jeff quickly diagnosed that the control board was bad on the dryer and returned he next day with a replacement board. Dryer has worked great ever since. Also had a problem with the washer and he cleaned the drain filter. Washer now works great. Also checked out a faulty icemaker and replaced. Highly recommend Affordable Appliance. I just decided to take a chance because I didn't know anything about him or the business. I am glad I took that chance.

Description of Work: Left 2 messages & still had to call him a 3rd time, he could only give me |a "probably" can do it on a certain day to "I can possibly do it on Sat" but I won't know what time til Friday because I keep mornings open for refrigeration problem calls" Well, if my service call isn't important enough to him, okay, I had another company fix my problem. Too bad because he ended up next door to a neighbor of mine on a repair the same day I tried to schedule him.

He gave me a window of 10-11 on Saturday morning and he arrived at 10:04! He charged me exactly what he quoted and he finished everything in about 45 minutes.
