Description of Work: Contacted Jeff via text asking if he could replace the cracked drum in my front load dryer. Jeff responded quickly and asked for the model number of my dryer. In less than 24 hours I received a quote and the drum was replaced. I'm always pleased with the professional, quality service Jeff provides.

Description of Work: They came out to check my washer as it kept going off balance. The rep explained that it would cost more to fix then it would to buy a new washer. He even recommended certain types and he did not even charge for coming out.

Description of Work: Jeff replaced the electronic lid switch on my washing machine when it wasn't draining. Jeff was easy to contact, responded quickly, arrived on time, explained the situation before doing the repairs and fixed it fast. Description of Work: I needed a tenant's ice maker repaired. The owner was kind enough to coordinate with my tenant for a day and time for the repair.
