He needed to order some parts, so it took four or five days for the parts to come in. He came out immediately once he had the parts and repaired the washer. I believe it was a belt that was not working properly and he spent about an hour and a half working on it. About two weeks later we had to call him back because it stopped working and he had to bring out another belt to make some kind of adjustment. He was pretty responsive and I thought it was a fair value for the price.

He was very courteous and professional. He actually called me the day before my scheduled appointment because he had the time available. I would highly recommend him and will definitely call him in I have needs in the future.

Brand new to Angie's list we initially thought we had a plumbing issue and called a top rated plumber on this list. The man who came was a big disappointment and told us we needed a refrigerator repair person. So with floor to ceiling cabinets getting wetter by the drip - we went back to Angie's list and found Affordable Appliance Service. We contacted Jeff Wilson, the owner who came the very next morning. Jeff is the guy you hope to find when you join Angie's List. We had a refrigerator leak that Jeff not only repaired, but went the extra mile for us and changed out the water source hose too. He is personable, smart, experienced and accountable. We will absolutely be using him again!

Called on Thursday evening, provided him the details. He said he'd research the model and call us back. I hadn't heard anything by Monday, so I Called back. He had tried to call, but had copied my number wrong. He told me what he thought it was, and said he could come on Tuesday afternoon. When he saw it in person, he realized it was a different problem (bad motor). He didn't have the part with him, but left to get the part and was back in less than an hour. He had it fixed that day, and i works better than ever. Nice guy and a very reasonable price.

Jeff Wilson was quick to respond to our inquiry. He is a consumte professional and extremely knowledgeable in his craft. The first time he came to the house, Jeff gave us an assessment of the problem but wanted to check out something about the agitator with the manufacture before making a decision to replace it or not. Many competitors would have just replaced the part without checking, then charged us the extra expense for replacing it and we wouldn't have been the wiser, but not Jeff. To Jeff's credit, he told us he needed to talk with the manufacture about the agitator and would get back with us about it, which he promptly did. When he returned several days later, he told us the agitator was fine and did not need replacing; he only had to replace/install a hub kit. He installed the kit in minimum time, explained the warranty, and thanked us for trusting him to do the job correctly. We'll continue to use Jeff's services for all future appliance repairwork.

He came out the same day I called him and understood the problem immediately. Very personable, had fan on his truck to replace it and finished the job in no time. I would recommend him to you hands down over other companies I have called in the past.

Jeff arrived on time ordered the parts required after some testing. Parts were obtained and he arrived the next day on time to install them. He ran the machine twice to make sure all was well and charged a very reasonable price. Very professional and polite, jeff is worth your custom and trust. I couldn't be happier with the service.

I never actually used Jeff's services but I have no doubt that if I needed him again in the future I would use him to repair my appliances. Jeff listened to my problem, helped me diagnose it and estimate it. While I decided to buy a new refrigerator and washer, Jeff was extremely professional, courteous, non-judgmental and quick to respond.

I contacted Jeff via email and he responded promptly. I provided symptoms and error code. Jeff diagnosed the problem and we scheduled a time for the repair to be done. Jeff arrived on time, ran the washer, confirmed the problem, installed a motor control board. The washer has been working good as new.

The job I had was too small for what Jeff's company does, but he graciously suggested someone who could do the job (rehanging a fan.) He went out of his way to help me and I appreciated it and will come back to Jeff with other household repair issues.

Jeff came out and checked the whole system, but ended up only having to recharge the freon. He was responsive on the phone and came out in a timely manner. He was friendly and courteous and cleaned up after himself. I'm keeping his card for the future!

I was pleased with the work that was proformed

I was hesitant to call a repair company to fix my washing machine as we all have heard of horror stories of unscrupulous repairmen. After reviewing Jeffs reviews on Angies List I decided to give him a call. Not only was he quick to return my calls, but knowledgeable and friendly. Jeff set an appointment for 9:30 am, called to tell me he was on his way. Did a thorough check of the washing machine and determined no new parts were needed. His charge was reasonable, he cleaned up after himself, and was very professional. I would HIGHLY recommend him for any appliance repair you may need.

I was extremely happy with the service performed. Jeff returned my call very quickly and we set up an appointment. He came to my home on time, knew within 10 seconds what the trouble was with my washing machine. I was concerned I would need to invest in new machines, since the set I have is approximately 11 years old. He replaced a broken part in the machine . He had to disassemble the the machine covering and get deep inside of the machine from what I could see to change the part. While he was fixing my washing machine, I asked if he would take a look at the dryer becuase it was squeaking at times while running. He had the washing machine fixed and checked the dryer within one hour. He was very courteous, professional and efficient.. my washing machine and dryer are running just great. Thank you Jeff.

I left Jeff a message on my way home from work and he responded in about one hour. Very prompt. From that point, I texted him the information he needed. Texting worked very well. Not knowing what may be involved in the complete repair, he informed me it may be cost prohibitive as compared to replacement price of a different stove. He was very upfront with potential costs, beginning with an initial $60 service call. He also told me for my area, he usually had a few days lead time. This was not an emergency and was fine with me. I decided I to proceed with a potential repair. I called on Tuesday after work and he was here on Friday. He arrived within one half hour of the set appt time. I think that is excellent, considering I have waited a half a day for some repair, cable people. The repair took approximately one half hour at a total cost of $80. It is in better condition than when I initially purchased it. I was so grateful and appreciative to have this resolved. I would definitely recommend his service and will use him again in the future for any appliance issues I may have.

My refrigerator stopped cooling overnight. Since it was 13 years old, I was unsure about repair or replacement. Jeff was able to diagnosis the issue over the phone, and was at my home two hours later with the part. He was 100% correct with the issue and the estimate. Refrigerator is fixed, and saved me the cost of replacement.

Easy. Check Angie's List. Make the call. Explain the problem. Gave washer details to Jeff. He called back with price of the part (over which he had no control). He scheduled the install for the following day. It went very well. I think the entire process took no longer than 1 hour including the replacement.

I called Jeff Wilson on a Saturday morning because my washing machine was knocking and jumping. I left a message and he returned my call promptly (within a few hours). I explained the issue I was having with the machine and he told me that he would call me on Monday. Jeff called me first thing Monday morning and was able to come by right away. Upon inspection of the washer, he diagnosed the problem. Apparently the 3 shocks in the machine disassembled when our movers turned the washing machine upside-down. He reinstalled the three shocks and tested the machine. Everything worked just fine. Jeff was very professional, courteous, and someone we would definitely call again for appliance repairs.
