Description of Work: There was a hole in the lint screen of my dryer. I ordered another one and there was another hole, so I thought something was overheating. There was a mouse getting in there chewing a hole in the screen. He bought me a new screen.

Description of Work: Great job. Saved me from buying a new washer. Took a lot of back and forth to determine a day for him to come; I'm sure it's because he is in demand.

Description of Work: Washer wasnt draining. Jeff was good enough to ask all the right questions before he came out so that he arrived with the right part. (new pump) He came out the same day. Bang. Washer fixed. Then he went above and beyond by calling the next morning to say that he started wondering if he had done something correctly and "could he stop by and double check?" . Wow. A guy who takes pride in his work. I will be calling him in the future for repairs.

Description of Work: I called for service on my KitchenAid dishwasher at about 1:00 p.m. on a Friday. He told me he'd call me back when he got to his truck. When I didn't hear from him after 2-1/2 hours, I called him again. He said he still hadn't gotten to his truck. Then in a couple minutes he called back saying he had a piece of paper to write on and he'd take the model number of the dishwasher now. Then I waited to hear from him again. NOTHING. I guess I really expected a return phone call to let me know when he would be able to come to my house for the repair. I never heard from him again until about 8:45 on Monday. By then I had already called another service and that repairman was working on my dishwasher. I would have appreciated a phone call at sometime either Friday or even Saturday to say when he'd be able to service the dishwasher. I call that rotten service.

Description of Work: Replaced the water inlet valves in my LG washing machine.

Description of Work: Jeff Wilson, the owner came out and fixed our dishwasher which did not drain. He fixed it. That was my first report. However, a few days later the same problem occurred. Mr. Wilson came right out and replaced a broken part. He was very friendly and polite and did not charge us a dime. Neither for the part nor for the labor. I hope he stays in business for a very long period of time because we will certainly use him again and all of our friends too. And that concludes my second report on this company.

Description of Work: My Kenmore front loader washer is inoperable... so I called Affordable Appliance Service.,.. Jeff Wilson...that was July 21 2011...today is July 29...he never replied to my phone message or my email?? I'm using Oviedo's Laundry Service. I'm not impressed.

Description of Work: Prompt, reliable and professional refridgerator repair. We had some complicated issues that no one else could fix. Highly recommended.

Description of Work: On Tuesday, June 7, after speaking with Sears several times, and a couple of other repair people from Angie's List, I called Jeff Turner of Affordable Appliance Service. Jeff gave us an estimate of what he thought was wrong with our four year old side-by-side refrigerator, and came out that very day and fixed it. The fridge had been going into a "defrost" mode since mid-May and would get very warm in the refrigerator portion and the icemaker would stop making ice. We would have to move the food into an iced down cooler. Then two days later, the fridge would get cool again and the icemaker would begin making ice. Jeff came out, tested all and found a faulty board. He replaced the board and cleaned the condenser coils at a very fair and reasonable price. A day later, the icemaker quit dispensing ice, and Jeff came out at no charge, spent quite a bit of time trouble-shooting and found that excess ice and water had accumulated near the motor when the fridge went through its warm and cool stages. Jeff cleaned all and we are back in business. Jeff is the most professional, honest, prompt and knowledgeable repair person I have ever met and I would not hesitate to recommend Jeff to anyone.
