Great work at a reasonable price. During this pandemic, one priority we had was that the estimator that comes to the home be wearing a face mask. Leo was great, and came already prepared wearing a mask without even asking. It shows they care about their customers, so that helped with our decision. Great job by the two guys who did the pool rescreening, so we'll be contacting ScreenForce for any of our future pool cage screen needs!

The salesperson stopped by looked at the job and said a deposit of $150 was required if i wanted to be added to the schedule. He informed me that they were 2-3 weeks out. They called me on 5/26 and told me that i was scheduled for 6/15 i asked them for an earlier date but i was informed that it was not available. I called them on 5/27 in the morning and let them know that i was cancelling and asked for my deposit back. I was told by Mary she was not authorized to issue a refund, she needed permission from the manager, Quint, The salesperson, Leo, called and said they usually do not refund deposits. Then Quint called and told me that he MIGHT refund $50 of my $150.00 deposit! i refused, then he offered to do the job at an earlier date? i refused. He told me that i would never get my deposit back, i did let him know that he never said my deposit was not refundable and his receipt did not indicate that either. I told him it was a bad for business .Quint said i am not refunding your deposit others have tried but were not successful. I have contacted my credit card and will receive my refund but thought I should worn others of an unscrupulous business.

The pool screen was replaced by Screen Force in a few hours. They were professional, courteous and attentive to detail. They changed out the old hardware on the doors and adjusted the door fittings so they actually close now. They also checked and replaced the frame screws and creatively made a opening in one of the panels for Jacuzzi wiring. Highly recommended, good pricing, professional good quality work.

They did an excellent job, replacing the torn panels with Ultra Screen to prevent future damage from the feral cats. Very Professional and pleasant crew!

Super job done by ScreenForce! Angel, Cody, and Dustin arrived promptly at 7:30 a.m. and finished our complete screen job by 3:30 p.m. including cleaning up all areas afterward. They were very professional, courteous, and answered all of our questions. High quality job. Our new screens look great! Highly recommend!

Great very smooth all screens were tight screen doors had the hardware change and a new skirt put on. Guys were professional and picked up the mess when they left.

My husband I dealt with Mark who was very knowledgable and made the whole process run very smoothly. He is the nicest guy. He is the reason why we have ScreenForce installing our pool enclosure.

Screen Force did an excellent job doing a full screen replacement after a hail storm took out roughly 60% of our screening. Super-friendly and hard working, they were very punctual and worked hard until the job was finished. They also came out the cheapest out of all quotes we had for the replacement. We've used them before for repairs after hurricanes, and will definitely use them again in the future.

We called Screen Enforcement to replace a torn screen garage and received a 10AM morning appointment. They arrived an hour early which we were not home for. When we tried to reschedule they didn't return my three calls nor did they call me to reschedule. I would consider this request for service a major disappointment and will not refer or recommend them to anyone. In response to their response They never returned my calls or texts to tell me anything about not being able to do the job. No professionalism at all. I could live with the fact they couldn't fix my screen but they could care less about picking up a phone and telling me. Whats so hard about that? Three times I called the office. Its called customer service which from my experience they lack.

Scott arrived on-time and ready to work. There was a slight disagreement in scheduling the work to be performed which was easily rectified with Clint the owner (he had other arrangements that day, but I was flexible). Both employees were efficient in their work and the quality of workmanship was fantastic. If my 60-pound dog can bounce off of one of Screen Enforcement's screens without damage to animal or screen, you know Screen Enforcement does a great job. I would definitely, and have, recommended Screen Enforcement to friends and neighbors for their rescreening needs.

He was in the a so he did stop by quickly to give an estimate for rescreening my pool enclosure. I felt he was on the expensive side and was not flexible either.

I contacted Screen Enforcement using Angie's List. They were very courteous and professional on 1st contact. They were able to schedule an appointment for that day. Clint arrived on time and was very courteous and professional during the entire process. He demonstrated how he repaired the screen and I was able to watch him as he performed his job. The cost was very reasonable and I will indeed contact for their services again. I recommend them to all that read this review.

Dealing with this company was a total pleasure from the initial phone contact with the receptionist to the Thank You's at the door! I was able to get an appointment very quickly. Clint Johnson arrived promptly, gave me his card which had the various pricing right on the back so there would be no surprises. Pricing is extremely reasonable. Mr. Johnson was quite friendly and professional and more importantly proficient! Great Job all the way around. A+!!! I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Called for an estimate and left a message for an estimate to replace screen around our pool. Call was returned within minutes and showed up that day for the estimate. Work was completed on the agreed date. I had to leave to go north and I had to trust that the work would be done and I was not disappointed with the workmanship. I would highly recommend this company.

He showed up on time with a helper and they started removing the old screens. It took only a couple of hours to complete. They cleaned up everything before leaving. I have already recommended him to a couple of my friends.

There was a bit of confusion with setting the date for the service but once that was cleared up, Clint arrived on time, went right to work and did a good job. He was polite, professional and fairly priced. We would use him again and feel very comfortable recommending him.

I had an estimate within a couple of hours of calling for one. We agreed on the price. A date was set and Clint arrived at the scheduled time and went right to work. about 75% was completed when I had to leave to go north. I am very hard to please, but I am very satisfied with process and would highly recommend this company.

After contacting the owner, realized this was the same company that performed these tasks for my family in the past. The work was completed with promptness and quality, and completely at the previous negotiated price. Very professional, and a delight to work with.

Even though this was a small job that probably didn't pay for his gas to come out, he was pleasant, professional and prompt. He replaced the panel in about 10 minutes, and took another 10 to create an estimate on his iPad, which he emailed to me. He has a great website that is totally upfront about costs, and even has an estimator to allow you to estimate a complete re-screening job. He deserves your business. I've had so many unreliable, incompetent contractors, it was a pleasure to do business with him.
