This company (Brother's Well Drill), did not pass the Ethics Test! My water was still acceptable to drink. They never mentioned this! Another 2 companies checked my water, and both told me the water was fine and suggested I wait. Another system wasn't warranted at this time. Brother's Well Drill came in with the highest price. Way over priced, and I compared Apples with Apples re: the equipment. Just another get rich quick company. No discounts for veterans or first res ponders. They used the old line, &; Oh, I have already quoted you our contractors rate. They must think everybody out here is Stupid! LOL. Avoid these Numbskull's. As for their warranty. Yes, but you pay over a hundred dollars for them to come to the door. When asked why so high, they give you the BS Line they have big trucks. I had a hard time not laughing in his face. Also, they did not keep the appointment time given, nor did they bother to call informing me they would be late, or to set another time. Avoid both Rod Evan's and Larry. BS Artists in my opinion. False comments regarding their sites rating also. I'm a former construction superintendent, and building/home inspector. Suggestion. Always obtain 3 proposals, and go with the middle priced company. A 5 year study showed that the highest bid is simply out to make a fast buck. They are also reluctant to return for a problem. The company offering the lowest bid, will use the cheapest materials, or walk off the job because they do not know how to price a job out. Your job became too expensive. We call these companies Trunk Slammers because once they slam their trunk, they are gone forever. Never to return or call you back. Obtain as much information on each and every company you contact. License, insurance, workmanship comp, etc, etc. Best of Luck.
