The quality of the water barrier impressed me with its strength and installment. The vinyl siding was matched and cut in perfectly. My yard was left clean clean and all waste was removed. Another plus was being able to call the office and speak with a young lady that was always informative and polite. She always knew the answer or called me right back with the answers. I am truly pleased with their dedication and perfection to their work. I would recommend these polite professionals to anyone needing work done around the home."

"The first red flag is representing himself as Steve Perez on Angi’s list when in fact his name is Ziv. There’s the hard sell and false promises (finish a kitchen remodel in 5-6 weeks) when it took 4 months. Unprofessionalism is an understatement. He communicates through texting like a teenager and screams at the client when in fact errors are his fault or his sub-contractors. We provided appliance specs very early in the process and the electrician still made errors for which Ziv wanted us to pay for. The cabinets delivered were incomplete which he blamed on us. He demanded a final payment and threatened to put a lean on our house when the work was incomplete per the contract. Then Subs starting calling demanding payment which was resolved after we provided cashed checks to Sonart Construction. Don’t believe what I say. Read the BBB review complaints for a well-deserved F rating."
