Description of Work: They refurbished my pool, installed pavers, pool equipment (Total cost about $20k), and several years later replaced my pool heater. Terrific company, good value. They stand behind their work. No BS excuses. Strongly recommend them for new pool, refurbished pool or servicing existing pool.

Description of Work: They resurfaced the pool, put new tile in, followed up for 10 days to be sure chemical status correct and spent time explaining how to keep pool in good working order and looking good in the future.

Description of Work: Crew was very professional and respectful. Some wavy surfaces on the steps could/should have been avoided. A minor issue could have easily been resolved to my satisfaction had the owner not been so defensive. Left me with sour feelings over paying more than competitor's prices as I wanted to deal with the best. In the end I just expected to be treated better.

Description of Work: Installed new light, resurfaced pool. |From prep to finish to cleanup all work was done in a professional manner by pleasant staff who obviously take pride in their work. Would definitely recommend this company and will certainly be using them again in the future.

Description of Work: Installed pavers in our circular driveway and side driveway, where the cars are parked. A huge project. Employees were wonderful, knew what they were doing, on time, pleasant, considerate, and hard workers. Very accurate in how them measured and laid the pavers. Border work on the circular driveway was excellent. This is the 2nd time we've used Sparkling Kleen and we have recommended them to people we know who need pavers for pools or driveways. They are also installing pavers by our pool and new pool equipment which needs to be replaced after 20 years! The employees, the owner, the office staff are all wonderful to work with and responsive to any concerns, questions etc. Did not put cost of service because the 2nd part of the job has not been completed yet. Our total contract was quite fair and reasonably priced.

Description of Work: We had our pool resurfaced and glass block for the hot tub replaced by Sparkling Kleen back in October, 2013. I happened to notice a glass block had cracked around the hot tub. I called Sparkling Kleen and with two weeks had a crew come out, drain my pool, and then replace the glass block. They truly do stand by their work and it was greatly appreciated. You don't see that kind of service very often.

Description of Work: The workmanship and final product is outstanding. The timeline was not successfully met. The job took longer than they said it would. Make sure you follow-up on all details that are not finalized: new drain pipe connections, any rips in screens, pre-existing fountain replacements, etc.

Description of Work: We were soliciting bids to have our pool completely refinished. I called nine companies in total recieved only four callbacks. Of the four only three came to our home for an estimate and only two actually gave us a proposal . My wife and I were immediately impressed with sparkling kleen they were professional and knowledgeable. they also suggested a salt water system which we had been discussing . their workmanship was impeccable and our pool is truly a work of art now I would use them again and recommend them to anyone .
