It went fine. I had an intermittent problem and they came out several times without charging me for the extra visits. He did get it resolved and I am very pleased with this company. I would definitely hire them again.

Metro responded the same day we called because one of the cables on our old garage door was severed. They fixed the cable but showed us that the mechanisms on the door were really deteriorated and recommended a new door. We decided to replace the old door. Metro painted the panels on the new door at their shop and installed it and the new lifting mechanism two days later. The county inspector praised the installation because the door tracks are bolted on in seven places on each side, which apparently is more than he usually sees. The door is The Hurricane Master manufactured by DAB Door with a Lift Master cable system. It is 16’2” wide and 7 feet high. It cost $2,300 installed. Very happy with end product, installation and service from Metro Garage Doors and would use them again.

We were stuck in our home after the springs of the garage door broke late in the afternoon. They responded to our call right away and came out the next morning. The repairs were made and we could not be happier.

Excellent. Tim was responsive and showed up promptly the following day. He fixed the problem and suggested replacing our old metal rollers with quieter and smoother plastic rollers which we did on both garage doors. Price was fair -- we would definitely recommend him to anyone needing garage door work!

After a few days of having called several other companies with a runaround or no response, a friend recommended Metro. Thom Bee responded quickly and promptly arrived the next morning. The door needed a new spring after 15 years of continued use. Thom and his assistant replaced it and the door worked perfectly. Thank you, Thom!

I had a balky garage door. Needed to get it repaired. Called Metro based on local area and number of positive reviews. Call was answered promptly by Mr. Bee. They were in area and came out within 15 min or so. Two gentlemen--diagnosed misaligned optical sensor. Fixed it and turned up the door itself quickly. I had asked if he could supply/program another remote which he could and did--very quickly. They were done within 15-20 min. Work very efficiently together. Very pleased with the customer service and their skill. Definitely would be first people we call if we have other issues.

Could not open garage door at all. Quick response to emergency call on Sunday. The owner responded to the call himself. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. Highly recommend. Will be using again for any other garage door issues.

Metro was brought in by the contractor. The owner, Tom, immediately called to schedule time to measure and discuss the new door. Since we wanted a dark mahagany color, Tom recommended in inexpensive foam upgrade to keep the inside of the door cooler. I was apprehensive at first because of all the flimsey metal/foam door samples I saw at the big box stores but Tom recommended a very solid Hurricane Master door. Thick metal with strengthened edges and foam to keep the heatload down in the garage. Tom and his installer did a great job. My education is nuclear engineering and I can be a challenge to work with. Tom is even more anal retentive than I am. He adjusted the mounting of a keypad 3 times because he didnt think it was sufficiently plumb! Bottomline, very fair price, great door and installation. Definately would recommend.

They were very responsive. The guy came in within the same day with somebody else and replaced a burnt out motor. The man that he sent was efficient and cleaned up after himself. I didn't make comparison with others about the price as I just wanted it to work.

Tom Bee is the owner (I assume) he was very attentive, communication was great. I don't recall the name of his installer, He was very nice and professional. I was so impressed with their work, service and price, I called them back out to install another Liftmaster garage door opener on my other garage.

I have used them for a long time. They get the job done. They are efficient and on time. I know the price was not outrageous. I started using them when I had something wrong with the door and they came and fixed the original problem.

I bought the garage door from a different store. They were subcontracted through the place I bought the garage doors. Everything went great with them. I love them. I would recommend others to use them. They are very knowledge, competent, efficient, and perfectionist.
