Art Eckert sets the bar high for other building inspectors. Each time I used him, he has been very respectful, professional, and courteous. His reports have been very timely and thorough. He calls to give me a verbal review before following up with the finished document, leaving me with a clear understanding of discrepancies.

Art was the best home inspector that I've ever dealt with, and this is coming from a recently retired residential real estate appraiser/broker of 40 years. He spent over 4 hours on site, was excellent in his communication skills both during the inspection and in his follow up call to see if I had any additional questions. The report itself was thorough and turned around within 24 hours. I would highly recommend him!

Art took his time ( over 4 hrs), to thoroughly inspect my newly purchased home. He explained everything and found many important items I never would have found myself so I can submit them to warranty dept. I have submitted his report to them including pictures he took that is all in his report. I highly recommend his services.
