As a first time home owner purchasing a new home, I wanted to make sure that whomever does the home inspection has a keen eye for details. I can appreciate someone who has an eye for details. Incredible person! Art called right away and worked with my schedule so I could be out there with him on a Saturday morning. This is my first time buying a home and he was very personable, educational, understanding, and has a good sense of humor! I was worried about how it would go as I know nothing about houses or construction but now I can say Iâ ve learned a lot! He explained everything I needed to know in simple terms and he was very patient.
