Art is AMAZING! Hire him, donâ t even second guess it. He is so detailed and even schedules a call after each inspection to go over it with you. My wife and I bought a new construction home hours away and Art was our eyes when we couldnâ t stop by. He even checked in with us to make sure everything was going well and thankfully reminded us about our final walk through. He was able to get to the house next day in all instances and was super responsive every step of the way. The builder was impressed by his detail and expertise. 10/10 would recommend a thousand times over! Thank you for everything Art!
