Every thing was as perfect as possible. Started and one week later we were back in. They did some small extras not in contract such as dealing with base boards. Left no mess whatsoever.

Mick Behr came out and did what few companies can. He delivered more than what he promised. He looked at our floors and was able to see where two different types of wood were used likely to repair past water damage. He came back several times to make sure that we got the right stain color for our type of wood. We set up a time when we would be on vacation for him and his team to come and refinish the floors. Mick stayed in constant contact with us and even sent pictures of the progress. They replaced the inferior wood with oak to match, sanded without creating dust, stained and topcoated the floors. Quite simply our floors now look like magnificent furniture. Everyone who comes into the house comments on how beautiful they are. If you are looking for someone you can trust to finish your floors, you will not find anyone that can do a finer job than the Behr Snyder Group.

They arrived on schedule each day,rain or shine. Our floors were sanded to the bare wood, stained, and finished with four coats of polyurethane. The floors are even prettier than we expected and I would recommend this company to anyone.

Showed up on time. Very Knowledgeable about the products, installation and explained my choices. Very clear and up front with the quote. Completed all of the work in the time frame they gave me. They were dust free when sanding so there was no mess in my house. Very clean and Quick. Floors and stairs are beautiful! Highly recommend them.

He came when he was supposed to and called to let us know he was on his way. It's a small company and he was very knowledgeable. They use American products and I was impressed with that. He did a wonderful explanation of the different types of hardwood and laminate. I didn't think their price was out of line, but we haven't decided if that's what we're going to do.

They brought everything back to the original shade. They were clean, neat and timely.
