 + -1 moreBrad is a gentleman and a true professional. Work is always done to perfection. They even polish the copper pipes. Brad responds promptly to service requests - even on weekends. He follows up on client satisfaction with a phone call.
Description of Work: I purchased the original solar hot water system in the 1980's. The system was installed efficiently and professionally. Since then, the system has been updated several times, including a new 120 gallon tank.

 + -1 moreI have dealt with Brad before, and he does a conscience job. He calls when he is on his way, and arrives on time. He explains everything that has to be done, shows me the corroded parts that need to be replaced, what went wrong, and what to watch for in the future. I was completely dissatisfied with the initial installation done by another company and Brad has pointed out mistakes they have made installing my unit. (It passed Deltona city inspection.) He also has the attitude that he believes in using solar energy and he wants to make sure I am satisfied with the job he has done, and the solar hot water heater I have.
Description of Work: I have a solar hot water heater that was installed by an inferior company, of Deltona, FL. I have had to have the unit repaired on at least 5 occasions. This time the repair was to replace the brass check valve on the solar return, replace the air vent on the roof, and replace other connections that had corroded.
