it went well...nothing is leaking now and I am very happy about that. I have used them before and have only good things to say about them. they always fix the problem and the owner is very nice. If something is not right, he will fix it.

Due to very large, mature trees surrounding home, solar roof panels would be an inefficient solution to expanding pool usability. This would be especially true in the winter with the low angle of the southern tracking sun. After reviewing up front and operational costs, we opted to go with one of the new, high efficiency heat pumps. Within a week of agreeing on exact model and price, Wayne's Solar did the installation. They had the hardware and plumbing completed before lunch. The electrician followed thereafter, installing a new breaker in our southern wall circuit box, running wire the entire length of the house attic and dropping the conduit down the northern wall to a new disconnect box, then complete wiring to unit. The entire process was completed in less than seven hours. All workers were very professional and knowledgeable, answering questions thoroughly and with a smile.

The guarantee included labor, and all components on roof. When the panel leaked the first time I was told that for immediate service I would have to pay a travel charge of around $65. I told them to repair or replace it when they were in the area. They came by within a week and then sent me a bill. The serviceman said that if the panel leaked again the company would replace all the panels. I refused to pay the bill. A year later I had another leak and the same scenario about travel expenses came up so I waited another week to get someone out. The service man said this leak was on a different panel so he just repaire it rather than replace all the panels. I never received an invoice for this visit. A year later the pipe clamps started falling off the roof. Again the conversation about travel expenses came up and I waited another week. The service said I would have to pay for new clamps since they were now using a different clamp. I disagreed and told him all components on the roof were guaranteed. Again at the beginning of 11/2013, the panels leaked and when I called I was told someone would be out within a week. I waited two weeks and then called again and I was told someone would be out within a week. The service man came and said he would have to replace all the 5 panels that were under warranty but he would have to use different brackets to accomplish this and there would be a charge. I told him I disagreed and he said he would have the owner call me. I waited a month and never received a call, so I called the owner. He said he would not replace the panels unless I paid him for the new brackets and also two invoices I hadn't paid. |I told him I would see him in court. UPDATE 08/14/14 Shortly after I posted the above review, Aaron Kent, GM of Wayne's Solar, contacted me and offered his apologies and said he would take care of all my concerns. Witin two weeks, I had all new solar panels and connecting piping, brackets and roof top accessories installed and receipts for all previous invoices marked paid in full. In addition, he gave me a lifetime warranty including labor for all the rooftop materials for as long as I live in the house.. Six months after he completeld the replacement, I have had no problems with my solar system.

Wayne's was responsive and on time. The two servicemen were efficient and professional. I was very satisfied with Wayne's Service.

We were happy with them. They did a wonderful job. They were very good. My husband is an architect, so they were very good with him being very picky on how he wanted and where he wanted the pipes run so the house would not look like it was covered in PVC pipes. If people want their whole house to go solar, I'm sure they do that too. They just do anything solar that has to do with collecting the sun to up run our house, to heat our pool, to heat our water heater. We only used them for the solar panel beneath the pool. They didn't do anything with the pool and nothing to the pump. All they did was installed the solar panel so that the water in the pool would get hot. My husband dealt with them.

It was excellent. Unfortunately, a pipe was dropped and fell through our screened pool enclosure. They made time for us and repaired the screen promptly. We are very satisfied with this experience. Always nice to know a company stands behind their service.

Wayne's Solar is always pleasant to deal with and were again this time. We initially left a message over the weekend but they called back immediately and told us when they could come out. They normally come out to fix the issue within a day, 2 days at the latest. There was no need to be home and they always leave a note on the door of what they did to fix the problem. We were home on this day and they explained the problem to my husband, what they were going to do to fix it, and future actions if teh problems were to occur on this particular panel again.

Nick arrived as scheduled to give us an estimate for work we needed on our home. He was professional, courteous and well informed on the product his company installed. Different installers arrived as scheduled and were also professional. Product was installed perfectly but since the installers didn't know the exact spot of ceiling beams, they put a few extra screw holes in our ceiling. No big deal since my husband was willing to repair the holes, but it could have been a definite problem for other people. In fairness, we never reported the holes to the company so they might have made the repairs themselves. All in all, they did a great job and we are satisfied with the finish results. We will contact them again for additional solar tubes in other areas of our home.

This is an excellent company. Their service call base price was very reasonable, they setup a visit date/time on first call, showed up in a timely manner, and completed the work quickly. No run-arounds, no call backs, no problems. The workers knew what they were doing and did it without much discussion.
