+ -1 moreMr. Osteen actually referred me to a Mr. Dean Lowry who did the work and did an excellent job. The above indicated ratings are on Mr. Lowry's work. I have not used Mr. Osteen yet for plaster repairs, but should I need same I would not hesitate to call him.
Description of Work: I needed stucco repairs in certain areas around the exterior of my home.
