+ 4 moreWell at first, but only because I was an uneducated and naive customer. As I employed other people to do other work, they told me over and over again about how things were done poorly. When I called to get a few things that I realized needed fixing/finishing, they were slow to respond or didn't respond at all or said they couldn't do it.

Description of Work: Chelsea was incredibly helpful and managed the entire remodel. They also built an entire deck area including a fire pit. It's absolutely beautiful. The design experience she has makes a big difference. She really respects your opinions and ideas. They're very thoughtful and considerate. I've even had compliments from my neighbors on how well they cleaned up the yard afterwards. I wouldn't use anyone else. I'd give them an A+!

+ -1 moreIn the past they put a new roof on my house. This company also does lots of other things ranging from window work to hardwood flooring; they are a full construction company. They did not charge me for their inspection service. I have a good relationship with this company and they have done a good job for me; I highly recommend them. They are very timely, well-priced and provide excellent customer service. They have a great crew; my neighbors even commented on how good their crew was. The same crew comes out each time. The owner and the owner's daughter pretty much run the company and they come out too.
Description of Work: My insurance company needs a wind mitigation form covering my entire house completed so I used The Patrick Company to inspect my roof so that they can fill out the five-page form in order to have it sent back to the insurance company. Their inspection included getting into the crawl space and attic in order to take pictures of trusses and all that stuff.

+ 0 moreThe windows were installed in a very professional and timely manner. I watched them as the windows were installed and was very impressed with their workmanship and work ethic. The same for the carpentry work work was excellent and done in a very timely manner. I would not hesitate to use the again.
Description of Work: I had twenty new windows Installed in my house. During installation, I found additional carpentry work that had to be done. Patrick gave me a very fair price for the work and completed it during installation of the windows. The additional work was to reside on side of the house and replace some rotting wood.

+ -1 moreHe was really great. They were not the cheapest roofer I found. However they did exactly what I asked them to do. I told them I wasn’t going to be in the house forever and I wanted a couple of quotes based on different levels of service. It was based on different materials. They were the only roofer who gave me a quote that actually did that. They were really great. They also do remodels and if I ever need that, I will call them. I would absolutely use them again.
Description of Work: I used Patrick Construction & Roofing for a new roof.
