Description of Work: Spoke by phone to rep six times from 14 Aug to 24 Aug. "Doug" was to contact me about having his brother come to give me an estimate. I'm still waiting (It's now 11 Sep). Wish I could comment on their quality of work, but it's not to be. Too bad, since they have received some good reviews. I can only guess that they limit their work to the selection of the easier jobs. I have a barrel tile roof. In the meantime my roof continues to leak.

Description of Work: I had a long-standing leak associated with the flashing around my chimney. When Mr. Roberson came to my house, it had been raining for days and was continuing to rain. So in order to do the repair work the area had to be dried. This was accomplished with the use of blow torches. Once the area had been dried, the flashing was repaired. The previous roofer had used nails that were too short. Another area was also prepared to prevent further leakage. This was 2 separate jobs. This work was done on a saturday and sunday morning. Very pleasant exchange, professional and taken care of right away. I cannot attest to the quality of the job because I would have to get up on the roof. Not gonna happen. However, i no longer have a leak problem. As far as the price is concerned, I did not have any other estimates done so have nothing to compare to. I felt I was being dealt with in a fair and honest manner and would certainly do business with again (if it does not start leaking in the same place any time soon.)
