I have nothing but KUDOs for Rick and his crew. They are prompt, professional, friendly and reliable. Rick, one of the owners, has personally supervised each job done on my home. He even personally comes to make minor repairs I have needed. Roberson's has been the only roofer I have engaged since moving to Ormond Beach - haven't needed or wanted any other. I have had occasion to visit the office and have made friends with Karen. She even knows my voice when I call! DO NOT HESITATE to call Roberson's for any roofing need!!!

Workers were efficient and cleaned up site very well, almost on a constant basis. Shingles laid down professionally and the job even got the compliment of the city inspector. Realistically they did outstanding work and even had to overcome a tricky section of the roof that did not have any flashing and it required them to engineer on the spot. Also, they did not pile tons of shingles on top of my old roof for days before starting the job, like so many that I have seen in my neighborhood. Materials arrived to the site at the time needed and not piled up before. Much appreciated.

They were great . Eric was especially helpful and they were great working with. I can see why they are one of Ormond beaches best. I would gladly recommend them and have them do other work for me.

The replaced the ridge vent and we just had a good rain and there was no leak.

Our estimate was received promptly and I felt it was a very fair estimate for the work needed. The work crew that did the repairs were very attentive to any additional concern I had regarding the roof. A great experience and I would highly recommend them.

They were very prompt in coming to our house to look at the job and sent us a very reasonable proposal within a few days. Due to weather and some unforeseen difficulties with our job, they were unable to complete the work in one day. However, they made sure we were water-tight, cleaned up, and neatly stored their supplies until they could get back to our job in a few days. After they finished, they left the job site spotless. Over 25 years and several roofers, this was my best experience by far. I highly recommend them.

They were prompt (considering how roofers are overloaded with work right after a hurricane) to come and see the damage and were timely with scheduling the repair. Repair was done professionally.

I emailed company to schedule appointment for an estimate. the next business day I received the following blunt response. "We do not service Deltona. Thank you" no salutation, no name, nothing. the business description on Angie's List states that they service "The greater Volusia County area". With Deltona being the largest city in the county I would have expected Deltona to be included. Perhaps the description should be revised to say "greater Ormond Beach area". The only reason I did not score an F is because my email was answered as opposed to no response at all.

I had to wait for them to work through their backlog. The got to our property sooner than they had predicted and completed the work quickly.

Excellent. They started work when they said and finished quicker than I expected and stayed on budget for the estimate given. It looks nice, the area was left clean afterwards, the employees were all courteous and hard working. The materials used were all top grade. Wonderful job. I would hire these guys again in a heartbeat and will be recommending them to family and friends. You can tell when people care about what they do and how they do it. I wish all contractors were this good.

Most roofing companies do not want to service small problems. Roberson Roofing advertised that no job was too small for their family-operated business. The estimator arrived a few minutes early. He checked out the roof, and explained the damage, and how it would be repaired. He told me that he would email me an estimate. I received it the next morning. He did tell me they were booked the following week but would schedule me if there were an opening. I received an email telling me they would do the repair the next Tuesday; I did not have to wait as long as originally expected. The job was completed before I arrived home from work. I did have a small misunderstanding about a portion of the repair, but they responded immediately to my email and we worked through it. They stand by their promises, were punctual, and professional.

Second time I have used Roberson for roof repair. They are courteous, professional and will take on the "small jobs" that some other companies tend to try to avoid. With this visit, they repaired an area damaged when Hurricane Matthew tore off a satellite dish. While there, they also addressed two additional issues I was not aware of, one with damaged lead boots and another with a ridge vent that had not been installed properly. They're just good folks to work with.
