I had a roof leak at my rental house (and I am out of state). I contacted Roberson's Roofing and they sent someone out to give an estimate which in my eyes was a fair price. It was a small repair that needed done but they had it done the next day. I would definitely contact them again (hopefully I won't need to any time soon). They were quick to help and kept in contact through it all.

This leak issue was repaired two times before, over several years, by other roofers. Roberson Roofing actually identified the problem and repaired it. Five hours later had a heavy rain. No leaks.

Great! When I called to see if they could do the work the office staff was very helpful. I received a call from the owner to clarify what I wanted done and he was out there to give an estimate within days. I accepted the estimate and the work was completed within a week. Excellent service and highly recommend Roberson Roofing.

They were very busy at the time we called them but they made time for us when they heard that we had a leak going into our family room. And on the day before our scheduled appt, they called to say the forecast said it would rain in the afternoon, but we asked if they could come an hour early so there would be enough time to get the job done, and they made it happen! We were so thankful that they did, as its been raining every day since! They did a fantastic job and we will definitely call them again in the future! My second Roberson flat roof replacement. This one went just like the first--perfectly coordinated and well executed. This time with rainy weather forecast, they brought a large crew and had a plan to do one half first and get it sealed in case of midday rain. As it happened, the rain held and both halves were completed. And today a staff member showed up to inspect the yard to ensure it was cleaned up per there standards.

Roberson estimated the job the next day after a late afternoon call. We accepted fast and the next day they put a patch on the leaking area before a storm hit. They were booked 2 weeks out but, since this repair was urgent, they did the job 3 days later. On site at 7:30 as promised with a crew of 7 who worked all day to get finished. They scheduled the inspections and the TV guy to re-install the satellite dish. They left the site very clean, even the inside ceiling/skylight covers. They did everything expected and more - excellent job.

I am pleased with my decision to use Roberson Roofing to replace my roof. They responded to my initial inquiry promptly. After the estimator came to the house, I was sent a very detailed email as to the price and what it all included. I went to their office in Ormond and they provided me with a large sample of the roof color/brand I chose which I needed to give my HOA. They started work on the day that we booked (Rick Roberson was there at the start of the job), the workers were hard-working, cordial, listened and responded to any questions I had during the work time. Everything was completed in 2 1/2 days. They meticulously cleaned up/swept my patio of the dirt that fell down, swept the yard for nails. About a week after the job was done, I found a small part of my gutter that had come loose and was in my flower bed. I immediately called the Roberson office and the next day Rick Roberson came by and quickly re-attached the gutter with no problem. Yes, I would highly recommend Roberson Roofing.

The roofing crew did an outstanding job on our roof. The rolled roofing and flashing were neatly layed/installed, and no mess or debris was left behind. The entire job was completed in 2.5 days, sooner that expected. Also the crew did not yell out or argue and were polite.

Very smoothly from initial contact to final product. We would highly recommend them as they have been in business for a long time and have an excellent reputation.

Eric and his 11-man crew arrived promptly and went right to work. Frankly, I was amazed when he told me that it would on;y take five hours to complete the entire job. The crew worked literally every minute they were they were there! The job went-off without a hitch and looks great!

It went great. The Robersons were terrific to work with. The job was completed in one day and they cleaned up my yard etc. completely afterward. The roof looks fantastic. Very reasonable price in my opinion.

The entire process was made so easy from start to finish. My contact in the office was Julie who was very knowledgeable and professional and fun to work with. Eric and his crew arrived for the install and they went right to work, finishing the same day and they cleaned up after themselves. Would definitely recommend them.

I have used Roberson Roofing before. From their customer service when I first called, to the estimate visit, to the final work, I would rate them excellent in every aspect. The owner of the company graciously came out earlier than their usual hours to assess the damage and work up the estimate, to accommodate my work schedule. Within 2 days of getting the emailed estimate, the crew arrived and immediately went to work. They were friendly and professional and obviously know their craft well. I had to leave for work and had no qualms at all leaving with the men here working. When I came home, there was no evidence they were here, except the section of my damaged roof now looks safe, sealed and secure and matches the rest of the older shingles pretty well. The leak was bad and my ceiling was starting to deteriorate. I greatly appreciate that they fixed the leak before the next rain was forecast and it has been perfect. No more leaks. A great relief not to have a bucket catching drips on the kitchen counter or worrying about the ceiling getting further damage. This is the second time we have used Roberson Roofing. The first time they fixed a hole punched in the roof from a tree branch coming through the roof and into the ceiling during a hurricane. Then too, they were fast, professional and very fairly priced. I have their phone number in my phone for any future roof problems. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a repair or a new roof.

Shingles were in short supply, but they got the materials within three weeks and did a very good job in just two days.

It went well; I called up and asked for an estimate, which was within 10%, and received a timely assessment. The roof was scheduled for repair in September. It was bumped up on the list to the end of July because the roof had begun to leak. I gave them a B on price simply because (I'm Cheap) of the cost of the wood was relatively expensive, but I fail to ask what they charge, so I was a little taken back with the price, along with the additional labor, but all is well. I am not a fan of flat roofs, but the workmanship looks excellent, and Roberson offers a 5-year warranty. So if you live in this area, check them out instead of dealing with a fly by night roofing company who may not be in business long enough to honor their workmanship warranty. Roberson Roofing is family-owned and has been business since 1967.

Roof did not meet Code. Fraudulent nailing affidavit. Water damage. Fire. Engineer report directed removing Roberson's faulty workmanship/roof down to the rafters. Think about that. Roberson unresponsive after almost one year.

The work was scheduled and completed promptly. The new roof was installed in 2 days and completed promptly. All personnel (sales, installers, follow up) were very helpful and polite, and answered all my questions. The work was completed with very little disruption and/or noise considering the work. The installers were very organized and did not leave any discarded materials. I think they a very good job of cleaning up and picking up old nails, roofing materials. The cost was very reasonable/competitive. We were very pleased with the the work and the price. Steve Kegel

So happy we found this local company. From our first encounter with Eric, to Julie in the office, and the 12 man crew that installed our large roof in one day. Everything was perfect. Got the most pleasant of surprises when told by Eric Roberson that the work would be completed by the end of the day (the crew of 11 arrived at 7:30 AM)! They completed the job, cleaned up, and we're gone by 4:00 PM. That included the in-process inspection by the Port Orange inspector, and delivery of the shingles at mid-day. I closely inspected the roof both from the ground and up on the roof, and it looked great. The final inspection by the city inspector was done and signed off the next day. Two days total. I don't know how the experience could have been better. I chose Roberson because of a recommendation from within the roofing industry as a business that does quality work and supports it's customers, but I didn't expect such a quick and convenient job!

after a bad experience with another roofer ,who gave me a excessive price but refused to break it down,I called Roberson roofing, a family owned company in town. Eric came out and gave me a total price of $17,000.00 ,which was $6,ooo.oo less than the other roofer. What an efficient and professional company. We were very pleased and want every one to know what wonderful job from start to clean up. The material they used was top quality and they completed the job in 15 hours. with this company replacing your roof is not stressful.
