Description of Work: Repaired sever leak that 2 other roofer companies couldn't repair 1 company would not guarantee at all This company repaired this leak first time and reasonable price, of course the price depending on material and amount of work, but I know I received good work and would give them a five star. they gave a proposal before,cleaned up mess, curious, professional and would use them again.

Description of Work: Replaced old roof with new shingles. Love the look of the roof. And quality.(certainteed) They replaced deck boards that needed replacing for no extra cost. About 9 or ten. Large crew. Fast. Came when they said. Found ONE nail after they finished. Complete clean up. Patient and helpful with product selection. This was our second roof done by RR. First one lasted 23 years and was lesser grade 3 tab. Happy to recommend.

Description of Work: Got estimate, picked out new shingles, confirmed estimate, they showed up when scheduled, removed old shingles, fixed a 'soft' spot on roof (extra $$, they said that they would let me know for my decision), replaced with new, cleaned up ground around house (old roofing nails & shingles). Done in a full day (ahead of schedule).

We are very sorry that we did not repair the soffit.This client requested us to come give an estimate while we were working on another job nearby and by accident the repair request was never entered into our system at the office. When we are in the field like that it can be forgotten as the schedule for the day takes over. We hate to let any customer down and regret not being able to serve this client.

Description of Work: We sent them an email and they came out right away to inspect the roof and order material. After about two weeks someone came out to repair the roof. This process took longer then anticipated and the leak in our roof grew larger ruining more of our ceiling. Also, they charged us the entire amount and forgot to deduct the $150 through Angie's List. The next time we need a repair we will inquire as to how long the process will take.

Description of Work: removed existing roof and put now on doublewide mobile home I did call them back two times to look at things I had questions on and both times they were here immediately took care of the problems with no questions asked and did a fine job definitely would recommend this company. Description of Work: The package I bought was for a roof inspection. The service was performed, unknown to me, by a sub contractor. No appointment was made so that I could be present for the inspection, so I am dependent on the word of the sub that the service was in fact performed. As it turns out I used the sub to fix a known roof leak. To date that repair has proven to be effective.
