It went great.
Description of Work: This review relates to one dated 8/25/16 for 90 year old bungalow. We developed a leak on a Friday night during a storm. Roberson has an emergency mail box. Richard and a crew member were at our house within 45 minutes. Turned out to be a gutter problem, not a roof problem, but they handled the fix for us at no charge. For us, this was proof we selected the right company for the original project.

Description of Work: Band new roof done 8/1/2016 - today, Sunday, September 25, 2016 mt ROOF IS LEAKING!!!!!!!🙁😢 First call made at 2:02pm (option 2 for emergency), NO RESPONSE!!!!!!! Second call a little after 5pm - NO RESPONSE!!!!!!!! THIRD CALL approximately 5:48pm - NO RESPONSE!!!!!!!! EACH CALL MY MESSAGE WAS LEFT ON THEIR EMERGENCY LINE ANSWERING MACHINE.... I am very disappointed and disgusted!!! The ceiling in the bedroom is wet and getting worse!!!!! Roberson Roofing DOES NOT GIVE A DAWN!!!!!! WE HAVE YOUR MONEY ... SCREW YOU!!!!! WE DO NOT CARE IF YOUR ROOF CAVES IN!!!!! I was sold on Roberson - not anymore!!!! I have made several referrals - now I'm sorry!!!!😩😩😩😩😩 I have lost all faith and confidence in Roberson Roofing!!!!! NO LONGER A HAPPY CUSTOMER😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Shortly after the installation of the flat roof the home did spring a small leak and we responded to fix that small problem. The homeowner then contacted us after the devastation of Hurricane Matthew stating the roof was still leaking and we got out there as quick as we could (unfortunately not as quick as we usually can due to Hurricane Matthew). After thorough inspection of the roof we were able to find a leak in the adjoining town-home that was running down her walls and causing the problem. We were able to show the homeowner that the leak was going on long before we replaced her roof and was the reason that her floor was buckling and her ceiling was staining. This problem has been remedied with our customer and we have continued our good working relationship.

Description of Work: I bought a house when the housing market crashed a while ago (2007- 2008?). Inspector said it needed a new roof as shingles were past their end of life. Asked a few people at work, got a few new neighbors input, got 3 or 4 estimates, and gave them the job. I picked out shingles color and warranty and they had to order them as they were not in stock. Got a call a few weeks later, picked a time and they were done in less than one day. I have recommended them to everyone I know that was/is looking for that service.
