I have called once and emailed once, and left all my information with them. I have yet to hear from them. This is not how reputable companies work.

I’m impressed favorably roofing. They did the job right, they were effective and prompt. They don’t gouge. The price was faire. They are good and decent. They did some repairs last year. The cost was under $1000. Considering using them again to roof the house. I’m impressed with Robbertons. I'm recommending them

I called Roberson Roofing and was called back the same day and they came and inspected the roof the next day. He went onto the roof and inspected it and told me what was wrong with it. They emailed me a written estimate the next morning. After I decided to have Roberson Roofing do the work they were there the day and time they said they would be there and it only took them one day to do the work. The roof repair was completed as promised. After it rained the next day or two I had a leak on the porch which was unrelated to what they had done and I called them and they came right back to see if they could fix it, which they did without charging me anything else. I was very happy and satisfied with the work and the company. I would refer Roberson Roofing to anyone who needed work done on their roof and if I ever need something else done they are who I will call.

Replaced the roof on a single family dwelling. Completed the job in 21/2 days. Employees very courteous. No complaints with job or personnel. I would recommend this company ahead of others interviewed.

I called for a quote for some tile roof repair. I talked live to someone in their office that stated I would be contacted about a quote. No one ever called and I ended up using another contractor.

I had a small leak in the roof. Two repair men came to give me an estimate. They found the leak and said they could fix it on the spot. They were able seal the air exhaust and the roof hasn't leaked since. Great job and fixed on the spot.

It has been over 3 weeks with no call. I will go elsewhere for the $10,000 roofing job.

Called Robertson Roofing on Wednesday, June 27, 2012 after hurricane "Debby" caused rainwater to leak into my garage ceiling.My call was promptly returned. I agreed to have my roof inspected the next day. Thursday, Robertson Roofing showed up on time. I think the man's name was "Dale". He climbed on my roof and inspected it. He quickly determined the cause of my leak in the garage. He explained every thing that had to be done to repair the roof. He gave me a written estimate. He said he could start on the repair job in a couple of days. I wasn't sure whether to use Robertson Roofing yet so I thanked him. He left and I had a chance to think about his estimate. I called him back that same afternoon and agreed to his estimate. I was promised to start the repair Sunday, June 1st. He claimed that all the work would take less than a day to complete. The roof repair was completed as promised. I happy and satisfied with the workmanship and materials. This review is being submitted July 18, 2012. It's been 18 days since the repair and it has been raining heavily this entire week. So far I haven't had any more leaks in my garage. Thank you Robertson Roofing.

The owner and another person showed up the day I called and gave me the estimate. Started work the next day and finished up the following day. I did not have to be there for the work, which made it very convenient.

No services performed. Went with a different company. Unfortunately, a lower rated company than Roberson. The ONLY reason (at this point) I did not go with Roberson was because after 3 calls on 3 different days from my wife to the company, with a promise from the receptionist of a returned call by COB each day, we never heard back from them. Even a call to say they were overbooked would have been better than being left in the cold. I hate to send negative reports, which can probably be seen by the rest of my reviews, but this service is deserving of nothing better than it.

The process was quite simple, a call was made for an estimate. The estimate was done in minimal time and we agreed to have it done. Once the appropriate permit was acquired, a date was set for installation. The crew was prompt and efficient. The entire job was orchestrated and completed in one day with minimal disruption to daily life.

Mr. Roberson came out and assessed the job gave a price and told us what items he would possibly have to purchase if he didn't have them in stock in his warehouse. A couple of days later, he sent two of his workers to complete the job of replacing our roof cap. They arrived promptly and proceeded to complete the job to our specifications. Mr. Roberson/Roberson Roofing matched the replacement roof tiles with ours which were already in place.

The work crew showed up at the agreed time and date. They stripped off the old roof into a dumpster and installed the new roof after doing minor repairs to a couple of soft spots that they showed me when discovered. All work was completed in a day. They originally gave me a time frame of two days but was able to complete the work in one day. Very satisfied with results.

Called several times but no return call. Finally I got through and he got out to take a look at it (lives in our neighborhood so it was not out of the way for him) and he was to get back to me. Never happened. They are either very busy or were afraid of my job. Either way, I won't be calling on them again. ***UPDATE: They did email me an estimate and work authorization but I never received the email. I was contacted by phone after the report and they resent me the bid. It was thorough and professional and was dated shortly after we made the original phone contact. I appologise to Roberson Roofing for not making one more phone call which would have avoided the bad review. I had authorized another roofer to do the work but they have not shown up yet. Roberson may still get the job.

They were excellent, and they did a great job. The owners are Rick and Dale, and they are brothers. Rick came out to do the estimate. They provided samples of the roof and everything. I had other estimates over the phone, but he was more in my price range. They did a wind mitigation report for my insurance company at no charge. They are really nice people to work with. They are very nice, polite, and professional. The same crew works for them all the time. They don't hire day laborers or subcontract. Some of them have been with them 20 years. They are licensed and bonded. They did a good job cleaning up the yard; they cleaned up nails with a magnet. I priced three different companies. The inspection went through just fine.

From my first call to their office to the actual visit and estimate, everything was very professional.

Roberson Roofing was called to install venting and caps for the new kitchen hood. They arrived promptly and had all materials necessary to complete the job.

Upon securing our permits, work started early on a Monday. By Tuesday evening, all the roofs were completely stripped of old material and ready for the new shingles. All inspections were lined up and performed on time. By Friday afternoon of the same week, all the roofs were completed, including the part that needed new wood, and our property cleaned up. Very impressive.

Jim Roberson is a true gentleman. He left samples of various roofing shingles so my wife and I could discuss. We decided on the architectural shingles which give us a higher wind resistance than flat asphalt shingles. The brand was Owens Corning.
