It went very well. They were punctual, precise and cleaned up when finished. I got 4 bids on this small project. Roberson was the only one who actually gave me a written estimate and provided backup for insurance, warranty and tips to look out for.

Let me say at first Roberson was very reliable and enthusiastic, roof held up for around 3 years and it was solid, but then leaks started coming through. I called them many times and scheduled an appointment, no one showed up for months. I called many times and someone who said they are the wife of the owner kept apoligizing and telling me there has been a change in ownership. I kept on them finally my renter told me someone showed up for 2 minutes, I wasn't even notified. Now there's a leak somewhere else and the trouble i had getting them to come out and honor the warranty i just do not have the time and nerves to deal with this nonsense and am hiring someone else. So this is a warning for you to bring up to them. Hope it helps. Al Dubinsky

Smooth as silk. On time, no mess, no noise, no dropped nails. The room was immediately more comfortable with less heating in the sun and slower cooling at night. Rick gave us good advice and worked out details with an electrician to do some rewiring. Great service. I hope we don't need Roberson Roofing again, but I will not hesitate to call if I do.

Responded in two days, and finished in 1 Day! Nothing but the highest praise for this company! Took care of me in many ways, and with a professional, friendly manner. .If I have the need in the future I would definitely use this company without hesitation. No need to call someone else! They were very nice, quick to respond, and competitive with their quote. They offered quality products and a fair quote. We decided to go with another company based on a view different reasons but two main reasons include a longer warranty and the provisions of providing tarps to protect our yard. They were very nice and I would call them again and still recommend to call them for a quote for future work. It just didn't work out this time.

Working with Rick Roberson of Roberson Roofing, Inc. of Ormond Beach, FL was absolutely great. We had 3 or 4 estimates from different roofing companies in the area, but were sold on Roberson Roofing after talking with Rick Roberson. From start to finish, Rick was the consummate professional. He arrived at our house with a crew of workers around 7:45 a.m. on Monday, November 3, 2014 and they set to work immediately on removing the existing roofing. The first day they removed all the old roofing and replaced all the wood that needed replacing and installed new lead flashing boots on all soil pipes (bathrooms). They then installed new aluminium kitchen and bathroom vents and covered the roof with approved self-adhering polymer modified bitumen sheets. They then installed an aluminium drip edge, baked-on finish around the edge of the roof and sealed all the edges. They also installed ISO Foam insulation with screws and plates and replaced all 5 plastic skylights with double-pane glass skylights. The next morning a truck delivered all of the shingles and the crew arrived and started to install the shingles, as well as the new flat roof on the back porch. The crew was absolutely amazing and worked incredibly well together. Everyone was very friendly, polite, and hardworking. All the work was completed in two days. The inspector came on the third day and approved all of the work. We had an incredibly positive experience with Roberson Roofing, Inc. We visited their office and told Karen how pleased we were with everything. We would highly recommend Roberson Roofing, Inc. to anyone in the Daytona Beach area looking for quality roofing at an affordable price! A great experience from start to finish!

As stated, the roof leak was not fixed and I couldn't get the owner to call me back with suggestions on what to do, get a new roof, get a partial re-roof, etc.

I have used Robertson roofing 2 times, and very satisfied with both times. I would give them a 5 star both times. I had a bad leak for over 2 years and there was other roofing companies that came out and charged but didn?t find the leak. Robertson Roofing came out and corrected the problem the first time. The old saying is when you find something that?s works, stick with it. They were efferent, neat, professional and courteous. PS: they even went out of their way to find special shingles

I am very happy with their service and completed product. The workers were on time, courteous and available whenever I had questions. Two houses on my street had a new roof installation done simultaneously by Roberson Roofing and they couldn?t have been more organized and coordinated. My roof looks amazing and my house really stands out. I want to give a very special mention to the people working in the main office because anytime I needed to contact them either by phone or by email they were very responsive and went above and beyond to answer any questions.

THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND DID A VERY GOOD JOB. WRONG SHINGLES WERE SENT TO THE JOB SITE AND MR. ROBERSON FOUND THEM AND CORRECTED THE PROBLEM THE SAME DAY. OVERALL I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE NEEDING A ROOFING CONTRACTOR.

did replace small amount of fascia but didn't seal or paint it. coated roof but didn't clean it properly before coating and did seal leak. all of this took only 4 hours (with 2 men) and cost over $1700.00. would not accept a check made out to Roberson roofing, had to make out check to rick Roberson. had to hire someone else to seal and paint fascia.

I called a few weeks ago and set an appointment. They didn’t show. They said they had no record of that appointment. I asked for a date next week and they said they’d call us, but they didn’t. My son has called them 3 times since then and they keep saying they will call us back, but they don’t. They’re polite on the phone but they never follow through. We never hear from anyone who does any work outside the office.

Excellent! Roberson Roofing runs a tight and swift crew! Impressive!! Their crew did not waste a minute! They came in on day one (1) and stripped the shingles and prepped the house for the new shingles, cleaned up the mess and hauled it away. Came back the second morning following the City Inspection and finished the job. Final inspections from both the City and our insurance carrier for the wind mitigation were positive. Rick Roberson was pleasant and very easy to work with. Karen (in the office) is an absolute GEM and is/was extremely helpful. Not that there was ever any doubt, but it rained (poured) and blew like crazy the very first night with the new roof and everything stayed dry----perfect! Thank you Roberson Roofing!

I called 10 roofers to get quotes. Several did not respond over 1 week. Roberson responded right away and came to my port orange home within a couple days. Of the 6 quotes I got they were tied for second place with 3 other providers. The one that was cheaper was 6 weeks out and I have a time constraint. Their quote was professional and they answered my email questions in couple hours.

I contacted the office on Thursday morning spoke to Karen the office manager who was prompt to set up appointment for someone to come out and give an estimate. Rick Roberson, owner of the company came out that same morning to inspect the roof and later that day provided an estimate via email. Upon review of the estimate I contacted the office to accept their bid. I was told that someone would call me with a time to set up the repair. To my surprise I had a voice message waiting for me that evening saying a crew would be out first thing the next morning to complete the job. Promptly at 7:30am the next morning, Andy and Pete were at my home to start the repair. During the repair job Rick came by several times to check on progress and to bring extra repair materials. I found Andy and Pete to be very professional and not mind the fact that I was on the roof with them while they completed the work. They took approximately 2 plus hours to complete the job from start to finish. I am very satisfied with the repair work that was preformed and would recommend Roberson Roofing to family and friends.

They did a good job and was very satisfied with the work, will use them again. they were prompt with the service including the office was very kind.

I bought a roof inspection/maintenance deal of the day on Angie's list for 150 dollars, represented as a 400 dollar service including minor service and I expected some minor repair/caulking as advertised. Roofing company did an outside inspection of the roof and provided a quote for repairs. Okay. How much should it cost for a roofing company to do an outside inspection of a roof and provide a quote? Normally, an inspection and quote would be free. I don't think the company did anything wrong, I just don't see the "so called" $400 value. Rather, the, I believed the roofing company used the deal of the day just to generate roofing repair leads.

He said he would be here on a particular day and at 7:30am he and his crew were here. They (apx 7 men) went right to work and only stopped for 1 hour at lunch time - they worked till 5Pm and then said that they would finish in the morning. They cleaned up the yard and driveway when they left that day. The following morning 2 men showed up at 8am and finished putting the 5 roof vents in place - they rechecked everything and did another "sweep" of the yard and said that the owner would be in touch in a day or so - wanted to know if I had any concerns. Two days later the owner contacted me and brought over the warrantee (explained it to me) - picked up his final check. I asked him if he knew where I could get some soffit panels, couple of mine had holes in them. He said he had a friend that does that sort of thing for him and he would talk to him. Not really thinking that would happen but, the next day when I came home from shopping - the new soffit panels were replaced - No additional charge. That also impressed me.

Replaced /upgraded 2 skylights and resurfaced/repaired flat roof.

Finished ahead of schedule. Excellent job. Cleaned up afterward ( as if they were never here)!

These people have their act together. From the quote to the finished product, everything was done in a professional matter. The entire project was completed in three days. The area, around the house, was kept immaculate. I would strongly recommend this firm to anyone looking for a new roof, repairs or advice.

Had a leak that damaged garage ceiling. I initially called two other companies who promised a callback but I heard from neither (one of them had previously done a full re-roofing job for me). Found Roberson on Angie's List, called them and left a request for a return call. They contacted me that same day and set up an appointment to look at roof in two days. Dale arrived on time; was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Even though they were very busy with roofing jobs Dale said they would try to find a way to do the repair as quickly as possible. I got a call from them two days later to set up the repair the next morning. (I thought it would be at least a week or two.) The workers arrived promptly at scheduled time, completed work in a timely fashion and left the surrounding area meticulously clean. During repair, Dale noticed a similar structural defect on the other side of the roof and offered to fix it before we had a problem with water damage. They came back 5 days later and repaired second area--again in a prompt and timely fashion, with no evidence of roofing work left on the ground. They matched the existing shingles nicely and I am very pleased with the results. I did give a 'B' on price, I thought $1000+ was a little high for the size of the areas repaired, but I am not knowledgeable in regards to roofing costs. They did a wonderful job and I will most definitely request them when it comes time to have full roof replacements on my rental houses.

Robinson Roofing was the most reasonably priced roofer in the area. We contracted with them in May and agreed upon a June replacement date which done on time. They (along with 14 workers) removed the old roofing and placed peel and stick vapor material over the existing plywood. The next day, the same crew returned and attached new 30yr.arcitectual shingles as agreed on. The crew was neat, respectful of our extensive shrubbery and landscaping, resulting in not one broken branch! After installing new vents, they further blew off the roof to remove any remaining debris that may have accumulated. The whole process was completed well within the 2 day estimate. They will be doing a neighbors roof at the beginning of next week. Talking with other homeowners who have used Robinson, I have found they had similar positive experiences with them as well. With 50yrs. in the business, I can see why they have such a good reputation and would highly recommend using this roofer. No hidden costs or surprises. Just great workmanship.

The roofer came right on time for the ridge vents. Punctual and professional.
