+ -1 moreNo assistance provided to a customer who spent many dollars to have Raszl build the pool and spa at their home.
Description of Work: Inground pool and spa installed in 2012. Beautiful job, unfortunately significant settlement has been occurring over the last four years around the spa. Settlement measured at one plus inches. Lanai cage has pulled away from the house as a result of the settlement. Per a recent telephone call, I have been told they are too busy to come out and take a look at the problem. I am simply looking for advice as to correct the situation so that I can then proceed with repairing the lanai cage installed by their subcontractor.

+ -1 moreAfter receiving a glowing report from a friend who had this company build his pool, I called for an appointment. I was told it would be 4 weeks before anyone could come out. Since our lot is small, I was asked to send a copy of our survey, which I did in the next day's mail. After a week, I called and asked if someone could come earlier than 4 weeks with the understanding that it would be a long wait for the pool. No one has ever called and it is about 2 1/2 months now since the initial call. I understand that they are obviously too busy to take on anymore pool contracts, but at least call the customer and tell them you cannot do their job. We have used another pool contractor and our pool should be finished within a week. This company may build a great pool, but their attitude stinks!

Description of Work: We called to get an estimate for putting in a pool. We would have been cash customers, looking at aprox $35,000 - $40,000 budget. They took our info and said someone will be back to us. After a week, we called them back and we were told that they are booked up to 6 weeks for estimates and they could not be bothered to make an appointment with us at this time!!!!!!!!!!! We went with East Coast Pools.

+ -1 morePerfectly. The guy is there when he says he's gonna be there. They are always very concerned about punctuality. Very customer care oriented.
Description of Work: Recently moved in and the pool plumbing had to be re-done and converted to salt water. The DE filter was only half of the size it needed to be, and they removed a third pump that was unnecessary. They changed all of the valving around so we could run pool water where it was wanted/needed. They rebuilt the floor system, Magna. Reconfigured existing plumbing. New plumbing provided for more efficient water flow.

+ -1 moreInitial work seemed well done, but pool leaked after $9000 resurfacing and had to be patched with epoxy .... it developed leaks again about 10 months later but provider would not even return calls regarding their 12 month warranty ... further epoxy repairs cost me $475 out of pocket ... I resurfaced my pool due to leaks and after spending $9000, my pool still leaks ...
