20 minutes of work, no parts needed, resulting in a $310 invoice. All they did was hook up a new bath sink faucet. I will never use them again. I called another local plumbing company to ask if this cost was reasonable and they agreed I got ripped off.

Contacted Patriot Plumbing for a quote for a Water Heater. It took them 2 WEEKS to get me a quote. Question: If you need a Water Heater, can you wait 2 weeks to get a quote? Due to the extended amount of time to get the quote, I asked for a refund, and they said NO. Extremely unprofessional. If you need a water heater, I'd advise going elsewhere.

The sink in the master bathroom was barely draining so I called Patriot Plumbing as I have used him before for other plumbing issued. He promptly answers the call, or calls back quickly. We agreed on a date and time for the repair. He texts, e-mails and calls with any information so there is no confusion about the appointment. He arrived on time, did the repair quickly and neatly. When I need a plumber again, and I am sure I will, I will definitely call Patriot.

replaced kitchen faucet for cost 340.35$ for a faucet and 56.80$ install plus the 125 for whole house check ripped off I was out of town and they took advantage

They gave me a thorough analysis of the potential problems and how we could go about trying to A) fix the leak oursevles, B) how to better determine where the leak was, and C) multiple ways in which the fix could take place and why. All comments were detailed and with our best interests at the forefront. Not only did they help me determine the cause, after doing some of their suggestions they followed up in 2 days to see how our "tests" went. The professional courtesy call was unexpected and we were grateful. If we have future work I plan on calling them first.

Showed up on time. Cut hole in sheetrock in garage to reach problem. Jim knows I have arthritis in my hands so he brought a lever for the house shutoff. Made repair to leaking outdoor faucet. Sent helper to get door to install over opening for shutoff so I didn't have to repair sheetrock. Cleaned up.

Our request and response was handled quickly and efficiently. The repair/replacement work was done on time, as promised. The service technician was professional, courteous, and very helpful. We are very happy with the work done, the quality of the new water heater, and with the way the Big Deal system worked. We're glad we did this before we had a real problem. The technician gave us some maintenance tips that will save us money and headaches in the future.

Overall, I was pleased. There was an additional charge because my water heater was inside the house vs. in the garage and that was not mentioned as part of the deal I purchased on Angie's List, so it ended costing the same as I was quoted from other companies without the deal. The service tech was very nice, knowledgeable, cleaned up everything and was only here a short time. I would use them again if needed.

Provider said he could not service a dishwasher. He said he would refund the payment( I paid Angie's list directly) which he never did.

Easy, fast and done as promised. They gave me the unit I asked for and provided the information I needed.

I had to wait a week for an opening but once he showed up, he went right to work. I'm happy. Two of my toilets were leaking. One from the exterior plumbing line and the other was spraying from inside the tank and leaking to the floor.

It went well and the cost was substantially less than our neighbors plumber.

Overall, the job was performed in a timely manner by a friendly, knowledgable, and professional plumber. But I must say that I was misled by the AL ad of $63.00 for a service call. While the total bill was $110.00, I was expecting to pay $63.00 + the amount for materials. While I would use Patriot Plumbing again, I would make sure to clarify "service call" versus actually performing the work. The job, from start to finish was less than 30 minutes, which I feel $63.00 would be adequate labor payment for such services.

I am very pleased with the services provided by James Mikel of Patriot Plumbing. From start to finish he has been prompt, courteous, professional, knowledgeable and informative. His can-do approach to the job is definitely a plus. I have used Patriot Plumbing in the past, and I will most definitely use him again if/when the need arises.

Our water heater was 30 years old and finally rusted through, flooding our garage..Upon finding the coupon on Angie's list for a new one including installation, we gave them a call. They were able to come over that day and get us hooked up quickly, which was something we truly appreciated. They did have to make a return trip to fix the crossed connections done by the builders. Now we are looking forward to some energy savings on the electric bill and have a reliable plumber for future needs.. Very prompt, professional, and friendly.. Thanks..

Job went well but I feel I was ripped off with the parts. I could see the cost for parts being a little more but not 4 times more.

There were large wet spots on the carpet at my mother's house and it sounded to me as if she had a leaking pipe under the foundation. I had her shut off her water and arranged for Patriot to come out early the next morning. Jim arrived first thing and called me to tell me that the water appeared to be coming from the air conditioner and there was no foundation leak. What I thought might be a several hundred dollar repair or even a re-pipe turned into a free inspection. I already have an air conditioner service, but Jim put me in touch with a water restoration service to dry and repair any damage the water may have caused. Thank you very much for the help, Jim. I will call Patriot again when I have a real plumbing problem.

required 2 visits as the new sink was slightly larger than the existing hole and they were not equipped to trim the laminate counter. If not for that, it went well. Completed in approximately the estimated time but a little over cost due to the 2 trips.

Responded promptly to my phone call and provided the service the next day. Very professional service. Clearly explained do's and don'ts of disposal operations and advised who to contact in the event of problems. I was very happy with the service and would definitely use this firm again.

They were great. I called on a Thursday and they would've came out that same day except I wasn't home. They came out the very next day. Two hours later I had one brand new water heater and had gotten our other water heater properly adjusted so that it would actually allow us to take HOT showers again! When he was done installing he got down on his hands and knees and scrubbed up the small mess that came out of the old heater. Very professional and nice. Already have a few more projects that we will be using them for.

Patriot Plumbing has been handling all our plumbing needs since we moved to Ormond Beach (plus a beach condo in the Shores) five years ago. Our 5 bdrm house with all the sinks, toilets, and tubs is full of plumbing needs, seems as Patriot fixes one issue, another one acts up! Patriot Plumbing has worked on just about everything you can think of for us - and has always been there for us - from working on the house before we even moved in. Recently Patriot re-did the 2 showers in the beach condo as well. They are always on time, the work is professional and holds up, they have never had to work on the same thing twice, I feel the price is reasonable - and their availability is good. Professional is what impressed me the first time I used them, and professional is what impresses me to this day. I appreciate the work Patriot Plumbing has done for us, and appreciate having someone I can trust to complete quality workmanship.

After making several phone calls to area plumbers that either did not answer their phones or never responded to messages left on their answering machines I contacted Patriot Plumbing. Mr. Mikel promptly answered his phone and asked about the work that needed to be done, then set up an appointment. He showed up on time and in the appropriate attire to perform the work. He inspected the items that needed repair or replacement, took the measurements, and left to get the materials. He returned within the time he said he would and completed the jobs. Invoice paid and refrigerator magnet in place. Well done.

Couldn't ask for a better job.
