Description of Work: Do not remember the exact date. Scheduled an appointment by telephone to meet the next day. My mother was dying and I told the provider that we might have to go to the hospital but if we did she could check the yard through the gate on the side. She agreed and said she'd then call me. We were home all day.

+ -1 moreVery responsive. Completed task as scheduled. Left a bit of work undone on the fence line but easy enough to finish up. So a "B" grade for immediate performance but an "A" overall. I am using Miss B for annual yard maintenance as well and very pleased thus far.
Description of Work: Performed one time clean up of yard and shrub over growth.

+ -1 moreShe and her staff are always reliable, do excellent work, and have the right equipment for the job. We have had landscaping services that cost less, but their mower blades mangled the grass and they were not as prompt with service. Although I give her a "B" for price, I certainly plan keeping her on. She and her staff are worth it!
Description of Work: We pay monthly and Miss B mows our lawn as needed -- weekly in the summer. They mow, edge, and weed-eat as needed. They never need direction. They just show up and our lawn always looks good.
