OMG a contractor who is on time and when late calls ahead, The entire AC unit needed to be replaced from the outside unit to the air handler. Walter is all business and a family man with both an educational degree as well as working for other companies before he opened his firm years ago. Never met him until I found him in this Home Advisor Service. All the big firms offered Carrier .. he offered whatever type of unit I wanted other than carrier. What do you know? The AC Unit he suggested is incredible matched all requirements the manufacturer you will all know... and registered my unit with the manufacturer, not a guarantee like the local companies who guaranteed this but not that and this was for only five years .. My unit has a 10 year warranty... written in the contract.....After seeing the unit, I was impressed ... get this guy.. you won't be sorry... I passed out his card to everyone I know in this development.... if hired so will you....

Arthur arrived on time and immediately began to solve the problem. He discovered the unit, which required replacement, then completed the job quickly. After the bill was paid, he showed me how to flush and care for my heat pump. I recommend this business: first rate skills, respect for my home, fair pricing, and a good guy.

I was totally satisfied with Arthur, and the work he performed. He came out, diagnosed the problem, and had to order a new motor for my air handler. He called around until he finally found a company that could have him one next day. He returned with the motor and installed that with new relay. He was professional and knowledgeable and was also interested in our satisfaction with what he had done. I would recommend him to anyone but especially to a friend because I know they would be happy with the work he performs. I will use Lars for all my AC repairs or replacements in the future.

Showed up a little early which was great, Very personal and listenend to my concerns and needs. Did everything possible to save us money.

Arthur called me right away, not long after I had called. He was very nice and came out to inspect the ducts. I was told by another company that I needed new duct work in master bedroom and bath a nd he said that did not seem do be the cooling problem. He adjusted the vents in the other rooms in the house and said to see how the air was in master after a few days. He also pointed out why there was mold on the unit in the garage do to needing the coils to be cleaned. He called back to check on the cooling in the master bedroom and said he would come out on Saturday to clean coils.

In two word TOTAL satisfaction.

Charles with Lars has been excellent on this job. He called and came out immediately to analyze the system and suggest potential fixes. We set an appointment for the next week to do the repairs - Charles showed promptly and went to work on a difficult problem (crawl space under a 1952 vintage house). There is likely some additional work to be done, and Lars Air will be doing it. I would highly recommend them. Lars Air has been the second Home Advisor business I have used on this newly purchased house - both with excellent results.

I couldn't have been happier. Arthur showed up on time, pin pointed the problem, explained my switch wasn't working and replaced it. He also cleaned my filters and contacted the manufacturer to make sure that everything was working properly. He was both pleasant and informative and his prices were reasonable. Job well done.
