Very easy to work with, arrived on time, very professional.

No amount of praise can suffice for the excellent paint job Joe and his crew did on our home. Joe is meticulous in checking and rechecking their work. From estimate to completion there were no problems whatsoever. This was the rare occasion when it was a pleasure spending our money.

Showed up timely for estimate and timely on day of the job. Two helpers and cleaned up after the job. Will hire again.

This was odd. Called Joe's and left a message on the machine. Received a call back that afternoon. Discussed my issue- ceiling damage and painting needed. He didn't sound keen on the repair part, which was fine, but said he would be happy to come out and take a look the following Friday AM. Friday came and no show/no call. I called him that morning, left a message stating I was under the impression he was coming out, but perhaps the wires got crossed regarding date & time. No call back. Left another message beginning of following week. No response.

Just bought the house in January and needed the entire interior painted. Joe contacted us right away and was able to work around our schedule to measure and give us a speedy estimate. His crew set to work almost immediately and had the entire project finished for us in a matter of a few days. Everything looked great when we arrived back that following weekend. We would highly recommend them to anyone!

Exceptionally well. Joe and his crew were delayed a few days due to rain. He was very professional staying in touch daily to let me know when they would be out to begin the job. First day at the house they pressured washed and prepared the house for painting. Cocked windows and made repairs we had previously discussed. The day they arrived to begin painting they taped off and covered all the windows, there was no overspray and they totally cleaned uo when they were done. Joe and his crew are very personable, He.takes his time to explain hings and is honest as the day is long, I wold not hesitate to hire him again. In fact we have already discussed hiring him to do some interior painting. If you are looking for an honest, reliable and professional painter, call Joe.

I might have got a quote with them. I think they came to do the quote maybe a year ago March 23rd of 2016. The quote was just for painting. It was too high of an estimate, it was a lot of money. This was the first time we had used them.

Excellently. Joe was very professional and kept his crew of painters to the same standard as his. His estimate was fair and well presented with some suggestions of his own that were very helpful. No coercion or high pressure salesmanship at all. He made some very creative suggestions regarding some minor repairs in the house that were apropos and carried out beautifully. He and his crew were on time for work sessions and worked quickly, no wasted time. The results were better than expected, since I had not used this company before so they were an unknown (except for their excellent reviews online). Joe even through in some extras as far as the painting went. He is definitely a perfectionist and quite sincerely wants his crew's results to be top notch even just to satisfy himself. I'm sure you will realize his perfectionism, should you get the opportunity to have him help you. I recommend him heartily and would absolutely use his company's services again, if needed.

Joe did a bigger painting job for us in 2015 and did such a great job, so I called him to get a quote on this small job. He was so accommodating--he checked out the work to be done while I was at work, gave me the quote, asked me the paint color I wanted. I chose a silver gray. Joe did a great job painting the patio concrete slab. The slab had had a rug glued to it previously, and looked awful. Now it looks so GREAT! He applied one coat in the morning, let it dry, and came back later that day to give it a 2nd coat. It is SO nice to have Joe do the work--I can count on him to be professional in all his work, whether a small job or a larger job.

He arrived on day he said he would with a large crew. They had previously power washed house. They were extremely careful and used many drop cloths. They masked off every bit of house not to be painted. Joe was on site entire day keeping everything running smoothly. His price was very fair. He painted our house 9 years ago and found him because we saw his truck all over town. Nine years ago he used an excellent paint but our Florida sun tends to fade every color. He suggested additional things to be painted we had not thought of. The price he gave us in the estimate never changed. We will use him again for our painting needs and highly recommend him to everyone. We love it!

The first day Joe arrived on time with a helper to pressure clean the house. We had rain the next few days, so the job was delayed until the weather was good. (3 days). On that day, at the appointed time, Joe came with three helpers and they quickly started preparing the house. He walked around the house with me to decide what areas to paint (pool pipes, boxes, etc.), cracks in the stucco were repaired and caulking was done where needed. They worked all day and finished in 8+ hours. At the end, Joe walked around the house with two of his men touching up any areas that were not "perfect". If I had one suggestion for Joe, it would be to change the name. Many people would not hire a company that has the word "affordable" in it's name. To me it sounds like the company does things on the cheap. This is certainly not the case. In fact, if my friend had not recommended them, I would not have called for a quote because of the name. This is a 1st class company, one I would not hesitate to recommend.

It was $750 for one room. It was mind-boggling. One wall needed to be scraped because it was wall papered. I got the impression that he didn't want to do it. So, he gave me a super high estimate. He came when he said he would. It just took him a while to get here.

Joe Daversa was amazing!!! I still look at the details of the house and am amazed at his/his worker's skills. The job he did is beautiful!!! Inside and out, his attention to detail was perfection. Inside we have a lot of rounded corners to the walls, and even using different colors in the different rooms, he managed to make the transitions seamless. The quality of his work is impeccable. I have found myself analyzing other people's interior painting (where you can really see up close any imperfections) and thinking: too bad they didn't get Joe!!! Oh, and as for the price - another quite was like 40% more!!! (In my head it was double, but I think it was a bit less than double). Joe was extremely professional, knowledgable, timely, and honest. He was upfront with me about any concerns, and followed through exactly as planned. Joe also always answered the phone when I called - or called me PROMPTLY back. Which in my opinion is very important when you are trusting somebody with such a large job in your home. I highly recommend him and his team, and would definitely use him again.

I found Joe's Affordable Painting on Angie's list, and was glad he was shown here. He was so accommodating and we are so pleased with his skill & know-how and his professional manner, and very pleased with the outcome. He arranged to give me the estimate very early (6:30 a.m.) so I wouldn't miss work. He estimated the work would be done in 2-3 days, and it was done in 2 days. I did get a couple of other estimates, and the vibes I got were that I might not want them and their crew in my house alone all day while I was at work. One estimate was for more money, and said it would take 5-7 days. Joe easily was the best choice going into the project, and I am very happy with the results. The rooms look so fresh and clean. We would definitely hire Joe again. I have already recommended him to others.

Well he came and gave an estimate and I was expecting him to be affordable, but he was higher than other quotes and tries to do everything in one day. It was clear he either did not want to do the needed patch work or did not know how. But with proper prep and touch-up one could not do a proper job at my house in one day with the scope of work it needed. I found him to be in a big hurry and not personable at all.

This is the second time in six months I use Joe to do different painting jobs in my house because I was satisfied 100% with the excellent work he did in the first time. He accommodated my schedule to do the project. He came on time. Did an excellent job. The double garage door was rusted due to the ocean salt air. He completed the job in one day. The door became like brand new. His helper Ed did great job working with Joe as a team. They go out of their way to do other things that the house looks good. I recommend Joe for any painting job for exterior as interior. He is professional, friendly and simple man. He does his job with compassion and honesty. He tells the customer upfront about different of options for the job. He uses the best paint for the job. He gives free estimate for the job on site.

I completely agree with every great review of Joe's Affordable Painting! Joe worked hard to meet my schedule and my budget! He is a perfectionist and is quick to point out the flaws in the home before he begins so that he will not be blamed for any imperfections when he is finished. Not to worry though, because everything was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. Joe also made sure he understood what I wanted in every detail and kept me completely informed of the job's progress. He and his crew finished exactly on time and left the house clean and beautiful. I will definitely use Joe's Affordable Painting when it is time to paint the exterior.

Joe promptly answered my call for an estimate to do three sides of our home, we did one side where we could reach. He came out to do the estimate in a few days. We scheduled the paint job and of course, it rained. He was very communicative and once the wether cleared, he and his crew came out and painted our home. Joe is there working alongside his crew. He made sure I was satisfied. He went above and beyond the agreement by finishing the area we planned to do at no additional cost. I am very pleased with Joe and the way he conducts business. No deposit was required. Hard working crew.

On time, professional, quality work (painting), trustworthy, reasonable... I'd use him again in a heartbeat...

Came at 7:45 and was finished and cleaned up by 5:30.

So far very little however we haven't having scheduled it for another two weeks, the job. The estimate is fine. I like the way he talks and what he plans to do. The estimate was reasonable and prompt. We had another estimate for $1900 but it did not include . but this one does. I would say it is a very competitive estimate. I like the way what he plans to do and I like the way he talks. The experience was very good.

He did good job. Had to call him back to paint garage door.

Joe was prompt, professional and courteous. I was pleasantly surprised when he presented to me an on site written proposal instead of proposals being sent to me via email 2 or 3 days later. His team was professional and courteous, providing high quality work performance, and the site was left spotless. He also did not demand money up front as he wanted me to be satisfied. He is tops in m book.
