+ -1 moreThey are a great company and they come whenever I call them. They are reasonable and really good. They lent me an air conditioner until mine was delivered. So they gave me theirs because I could have air conditioning. That's really nice and also shocking. Their professionalism really stands out to me. They come on time and do their job. They give me a bill when they're leaving.
Description of Work: I use Igloo Air Heating & Air Conditioning for my heating and air conditioning services. I have a contract with them and so they come out every six months and clean my units.

+ -1 moreThere were NO DO'S and DON'Ts...IT ALL WORKED AS IT SHOULD.
Description of Work: My entire heating/cooling system (compressor & air handler)had to be replaced as the coils were leaking Freon. A more efficient system with much higher SEER (15) was installed and the difference is like night & day. Since the house was built in late 2011, the master bed room has never cooled or heated as it should have because of the way the installers run the duct work. Upon initial discussion of installing new system, I was asked if I had any issues with heating/or cooling and I explained issue with lack of heat/cooling in master bedroom. After inspecting my current duct work, they installed another vent in the master bedroom with direct duct work to the air handler. This resolved the issue. What a difference it makes when you find someone who actually knows what they are doing. I will continue to use IGLOO as long as I reside here.
