+ -1 moreWe were in property for almost 5 years and were exceptional tenants we maintained the home as if it were ours and were always timely with all lease payments. One time we had to wait 4 months for them to replace dishwasher. the property manager who was responsible is no longer with the company.

+ -1 moreIt went from horrible to wonderful. My brother died intestate in April 2012 and left a horrible mess. The house was infested with bugs and things- he was a horder. We live in Pennsylvania and Mr. Hart took care of all the details and contractors. The contractors he chose were excellent and inexpensive.In other words, he was not a money hungry person taking advantage of my wife and I. He was fair, hones and very articulate. He sold our home for the price we asked in little over a week.
Description of Work: Mr. Hart sold my brother's property in Ormand Beach(my brother passed away) in little over a week for the price I wanted. I have bought and sold several properties over my life time and have never a real estate agent work harder. He made numerous suggestions which saved me a lot of money as well.In other words, I would and do recommend Paul Hart- he is indeed amazing!
