Description of Work: I hesitate to review a new service based on one initial performance; but, since you hound me so much, I guess you only want a short analysis without finding out what they are like over a period of 3 months (even new employers give a new employee a probationary period knowing everyone puts a positive foot forward - at first. So, if you don't want to know about this company's performance after a probationary period - you have it above. While I anticipate Go 2 Girls will prove more than satisfactory (aka: top rated); how will one know with only one performance?

Description of Work: The Go To Girls showed up and I was not home yet, as I had been working night hours. My husband was home and answered the door. I had prepaid for services specified by this cleaning service, so they knew what they were there to do. Rather than the cleaning service calling me if there were in fact questions, they left and told my husband they would come back another time. It was October 28th that they were scheduled to clean my home, and I have still not been contacted for them to return and do the job I paid for in advance. I believe had I not already paid, they may be more eager to get my business and would have contacted me again. Because I did prepay, I most certainly should have been contacted immediately as they shouldn't have left in the first place, but at least should have called to reschedule. I am extremely disappointed in the manner this has been handled, or lack there of. I want the job done that I paid for, or a full refund.

Description of Work: The woman arrived on time, went to work, was very diligent, no breaks on your time and does an excellent job. I will use her as often as I can afford it. Whether it is a spring cleaning, a thorough cleaning, or the weekly or biweekly clean, I am convince she will do a great job. Had her back again already for other areas of my home and office.
