Description of Work: Six hours of deep housecleaning. Three people arrived and spent two hours (2 x 3 = 6)cleaning my house from top to bottom. In the past with other service providers, I have not always been pleased with the way the floors looked after cleaning. These folks did a terrific job and all my floors (I have tile) were sparkling clean with no spots or streaks. I would have these folks again.

Description of Work: Sarah & Christie were GREAT! They cleaned our home from top to bottom even doing a couple of small side jobs I asked them to do for us and they were happy to do it. Description of Work: These were very nice young girls. They were puntual. They cleaned a rental property. I asked them to focus on the bathrooms and floors. I also asked that they wipe down the kitchen counters. They did a good job cleaning the bathroom tubs. However, in one of the bathrooms they left urine and hair on the sink vanity. In the rest of the house, it looked like they swept but did not mop. The floors underneath the counters were not cleaned at all. I had to go back to the house and clean the floors, bathroom vanity, and some of the kitchen counter tops. I did not want them to clean the windows, but they could have swepted out the window seals. |The pricing was very confusing and over priced for what they did or didn't do as it relates to the hours and performance. They called and asked me for an extra fifth dollars on top of what I had originally paid. I would not have paid that extra fifty dollars if I had seen their completed work first. Overall, it was not a good cleaning job. I was very disappointed.

She went to work and stayed focused during her work. She cleaned very thoroughly and was very pleasant. She had quoted a very fair price and I was totally surprised at all the cleaning she did for the price. I could not be more pleased with the job she did. I give her a 10 out of 10 score.

I informed the caller that had already employed another company when I did not receive the courtesy of a return call. I did receive excuses to no avail. I feel that this type of professional behavior is symptomatic of their business practices.

 + -1 moreWhat a wonderful service! Kristie did amazing work at my house before guests came to visit. She cleaned our Florida room doors so well that my husband and I kept attempting to walk through them! She made my stainless steel appliances look better than when they were new -- no kidding. She also helped me think through some organization solutions for a few spots of kid clutter. She is professional, thoughtful, and courteous, and a real problem-solver while working. And of course she was very prompt, straightforward and fair with pricing, and communicated well before the job to make sure we were on the same page. This is the only company I will call the next time we need cleaning or organization assistance, and we've tried a few others. I highly recommend.

 + -1 moreShe did complete organization of my children's rooms. Sorted toys and created a much more usable space. All toys grouped together for easier access and identified things that were no longer usable or age inappropriate. She also did deep cleaning of bathrooms and other common rooms, including cleaning microwave, cabinets, fans, windows and baseboards. I am a difficult person to please, I have had 3 other individuals clean my house in the past few years, Christie did over and above any of the others. I am also planning to have her continue to come on a weekly basis.
