 + -1 moreIt was pricey, but the workmanship looked pretty good and we did not have a problem. They even went the extra mile when they were called out again, to no fault of their own, to eradicate another rodent that entered the house through some dog-damaged ducting. Aaron and the rest of the guys were courteous and very thorough, as well as reassuring.

Description of Work: After my cat nearly died after I used an Ortho product myself in the house that said it was safe for all pets, I was reluctant to use an exterminator at all. Roaches in my kitchen changed my mind. I was contacted the same afternoon by the man who covered my area and we made an appointment for service. Mike arrived on time and asked me about the areas in my house that were being invaded. He explained clearly what kinds of products he would use and where they would be placed, and he was very careful to put them only where my cats couldn't get to them. He was very thorough inside and out, and even got rid of the spider webs in my garage and outside around the windows. He was professional and obviously knew his business, and understood how precious my cats were to me. I decided to have him come back quarterly with no pressure at all from Mike. Before leaving, he gave me his card, told me to call him in 10 days to let him know if there was any further activity, and to call anytime if I had any further problems. I will happily recommend Elite to anyone.

 + -1 moreVery Good He spread pellets around exterior house and the screen around the pool. He sprayed the interior. He removed all outlet and switch covers to spray into the walls. He spread pellets around the sidewalk and drive where it was ant infested. After work on the bushes, he returned to spray for more ants ,etc..

 + -1 moreWe called and they came out the next day. Treated thoroughly inside and out. Explained everything and were very professional. We contracted for regular treatments, with a ten year plan for termites with a low annual fee. Would definitely recommend.
Description of Work: Treated house inside and our for roaches, ants and numerous other pests. Put external barrier to prevent for termite treatment and prevention.

Description of Work: I have animalsand told the company about that. I assume they took precautions to that factor. Ingredients are listed on the bill. They sprayed the outside and the inside. Told me I'd see a couple of days more bugs but then it is over. And so it was. I definetly would choose the company again. Answered all my questions, very friendly and polite.

Description of Work: The owner personally came out and handled my pest control service. I mentioned a particular area that needed more individualized attention and immediately set up an appointment to come back and complete the project. Made the appointment to my time schedule around the holidays and they came and completed it in about 3 hours.

 + -1 moreVery well. He sprayed for pests, roaches, spiders, etc. He sprayed every room in the house and around the outside perimeter. I have not seen any pests since he sprayed.
Description of Work: Sprayed for pests - indoor and outdoor. The man who came to spray was very friendly. He got to work after he came in the house. He sprayed all indoors and along the outer perimeter of the house. I thought he was very effective. I would use him again.
