He kept rescheduling multiple times. Then he didn't have the proper tools and equipment he had to borrow a ladder and various hand tools from my husband. He was unprofessional and unprepared. He didn't bring the materials he needed for the job and I had to give him the money to go purchase it. I think the worst offense was that he told us he completed the job and had us pay him and we later found out the job wasn't completed. I called him and when I finally got ahold of him he said multiple times that he would come back and he never has.

Daniel was on his way to Palm Coast and stopped by to give us an estimate. We liked the estimate and gave him the go ahead. He then climbed on the roof, inspected the gutters, cleaned the areas that were clogged with leaves and then caulked the seams. He was quick and professional.

Daniel was on time, asked what we wanted done and discussed price. He wanted $79 and I said no that's to much to clean gutters and we agreed on $40. We have been ripped off in the past by others claming to clean out the gutters only to find they only cleaned the top leaves. This time I stayed to watch and he cleaned out the front gutters. The back gutters only fair. He was to put the leaves in a bag but threw them in the yard and his helper used a blower. I went out and told him how disappointed I was that he didn't do as he promised. He wanted to leave the leaves laying where they were and I said no you clean them up this is part of your service. Daniel didn't like it (too bad) but he did finish to job. Back to the front he balanced the front gutters for $20 to where all of the water would go down the spout. Daniel wanted me to sign up for the $135 year service, we said no, we'll call you when they need to be cleaned.

Arrived at 9 am and worked until 3 pm - with time out for lunch and asked only for cold water during their stay. Would def recommend them to anyone.
