Description of Work: I would never use this provider again. The keys were given to the new owner before the closing and new owner was in house without agent because closing was held up without me, the seller, giving approval for this to happen. I found out and complained to agent and she did get back the key and told buyer was not able to move into house before closing. I was so upset. To me, this should be illegal. If anything had happened with buyer in house before closing, I could have been sued. I had already moved out of state when this happened and when I found out I immediately told agent to get the key back which she did.. I don't think this should have happened without my knowledge. Agent was Cheryl Whelan. I feel this was totally unprofessional and made the experience very nerve wracking for me. If using this agency, I would suggest not leaving the house before closing even if closing gets delayed. It is too bad to feel that you need to stay in home until closing in order to protect your home from unprofessional conduct on behalf of the agent. The agent said that she gave buyer the keys due to "feeling bad" for buyer that closing was delayed. I reminded her that I was responsible for house and anything happening in house until closing which occurred several days later. I have bought and sold several homes and have never had an agent as unprofessional and who actually put me at risk if something had happened without me even knowing about it. I am thankful that I found out and made her get the key back and I then had several neighbors watching house until closing in case she allowed them to go back in. I shouldn't have had to do that in my opinion.
