+ -1 moreI spoke with Missy who as I learned later is the wife of the owner of the company. She took an order with the address and promised to send a technician next day. Next day no one came, my friends were waiting all day long. We waited a couple days and then I called and spoke to Missy again. She promised to send someone again. The same story. I called again and left a message asking for help. Next morning I received a call from a very nice man who apologized and promised to visit my friends next morning. I explained to him that I will be taking my friend to Ormond Beach for an eye surgery, but his wife will be home to meet him. No one showed up again. I called Missy next morning and she told me that a technician went to the house but could not communicate with the wife of my friend, which is not true. I conveyed this to Missy and to the main office and spoke to the owner who is believed to be Missy s husband.
Description of Work: A couple weeks ago I called the company asking to send someone to replace the filtration system in the house of a friend of mine. My friends are elderly and sick people and do not speak English very well. Florida is notorious for bad service and unscrupulous service companies. Especially when dealing with elderly people. Cleanmywater.com is unreliable and non-trusworthy company and should be recognized as such. People in Central Florida should be protected from companies and people like this. I hope to see this company listed on your list. I also will file complains with BBB and Attorney General of Florida. Thank you.
