Mike came over within 24 hours of our call, looked at the leak on the back side of the house, gave a reasonable price and got the written quote to us the next day. We accepted and the guys were on the roof at 8 am the next morning as promised. The job was finished, yard cleaned and they even cleaned the valleys on the front side for us at no extra charge. Mike came over and checked the work, verified the price and did not charge any extra for anything. Very happy, will definitely be using him if we need the roof fixed in the future. He did the front side of the house a few years ago, again it was a good price and we have had zero leaks on that side. Finding a good contractor to work on tiled roofs in this area is tough - he is one of the best!!

The task was accomplished in one day. The unfortunate part to this report is that Mike indicated that he would also seal a small area of another part of our roof that was not damaged. He also indicted that he would contact a couple of. stucco repair companies to contact me . After about three attempts requesting a status of the minor seal repair he offered to repair and a stucco repair contact, resulted in no follow up on his part. I decided to contact another source. I told him, by message left on his voice mail that I would no longer bother him. End of report.

The owner Mike was professional and friendly. The work was completed as outlined in the estimate. Mike and his team did a professional job completing both tasks (new roof and flat roof leaks). We are very impressed with CBC Roofing and highly recommend them.

From the very first phone conversation through our final review after the work was completed, it was a pleasure doing business with Mike and his crew. Mike replied promptly to each of my calls, kept me apprised at very phase and made me feel like I was in good hands, which proved only to be true. Everyone on the crew exceeded my expectations. While this may not seem relevant to many, I felt like these men were enjoying each other and enjoying their difficult, dirty and hard work which could only improve morale and ultimately the quality of their workmanship. I was so pleasantly surprised and impressed with this unexpected observation. Mike is a respected leader, a professional businessman and a genuinely nice individual. Now that the job is complete, I will miss our conversations. They left my property completely clean, free of debris and devoid of stray nails. I am more than impressed; I am delighted.

I called CBC Roofing on Tuesday morning; Mike Hawryluk told me he would be at my house at 5:30, he was there right on time!! I showed him the water stain on my ceiling, he got on his ladder, went onto the roof and took pictures of the missing shingles and warped plywood where my roof was leaking, as well as other areas missing shingles; I appreciated Mike taking pictures so that I could see for myself what needed to be repaired. I was so impressed with Mike's punctuality, and professionalism. I contacted four different roofers in the last month; the two who did return my call after a couple of days, did not follow up with me; never heard from them! If you need a new roof, or a repair, don't waste your time, call CBC Roofing first. A++++

After a horrible downpour, we had an emergency repair on our two newly installed skylights as they were both leaking. Mike, the owner of CBC, was the only roofer to call us right back (it was a Saturday) and come out the same day and inspected the roof and the skylights. He said our skylights were not to code (cheap plastic), and installed incorrectly (which is why they were leaking). We hired his company to come out and install two new (up to code) skylights and repair all the damage that had been done by the previous roofer (unlicensed). Mike is a licensed roofer and licensed general contractor. He and his crew came out early in the morning, worked in the hot sun all day, finished and cleaned up everything. They were very professional and obviously knew what they were doing. They even folded the tarp on the roof and hauled it down along with the 10 bags of mulch which were keeping the tarp in place. We would highly recommend this company should you be in need of a roofer or need a roofer to find a leak (that is their specialty).
