Terrible. They made a "wave" in the floor that is very visible. There are bits of dirt in the finish from using dirty product to do the job. The color and shine don't match where it meets the old floor. Owner isn't interested in returning phone calls.

Jen and Joe helped us with picking the floor types and even picking colors. The showroom has a large selection of samples and they have several samples available to take home. Joe and his crew installed the wood floors (living areas and bedroom), a tile floor (bathroom), and a cushioned tile floor (laundry area). They were responsive to any concerns we had and actually made a couple changes "on the fly" for us. His crew members have been with him for many years. I got quotes from other vendors and Capers was very competitive. I was recommended to Capers by a friend who has lived in the Ormond area for over 30 years. He owns several rental properties and uses Capers when he needs work done in the house he lives in. When we decide to change floors on the second floor, we will call Capers.

Capers does such a great job in all they do that we use them time and again. Several years ago they placed hard wood flooring in my new babies' room. Then they installed all hard wood flooring at our business location, and then we used them again this past month to replace carpeting in two bedrooms of our home, and replace a portion of our family room hard wood floor, and sand and varnish the entire family room. They are always professional, clean, fast, exacting, and efficient. Joe goes the extra mile to get the work done and done right. They have done so much for our home and business that we will continue to use them in the future. Great company with great owners and phenomenal employees. f
