Very well. Steven did do a good job. He was nice and professional and worked at a steady pace. He was careful not to make too much of a mess and used drop clothes while working. He even offered to sweep up when he was done which we appreciated but did ourselves since we were paying him by the hour. All in all, we were very satisfied. Only reason for the C for punctuality was due to him being 45 minutes late for our appointment. He did call ahead of time though to let us know he was running late.

They took care of my emergency as if it were their emergency. For the non-emergency work, they showed up as scheduled. They did the work correctly. They cleaned up after themselves. They were professional and I would hire them again in a heartbeat. You cannot go wrong with this company. From the owner on down, everyone is professional, courteous, and on time.

The electrician that came out was very professional and knowledgeable. He did great work, it definitely looks like a professional installed and connected my heat pump. My only bone to pick is that they only accept cash or check. I also found out they only accept cash or check after the job was completed. If I have a future job this alone may make me consider another vendor. Do not get me wrong every other aspect was a 10/10 for service.

After a representative made a visit to scout and estimate the project, Atlantic Electric sent a two-man crew to perform the installation. The electricians did a great job and explained necessary adjustments and changes clearly. We are very happy with the results and would hire Atlantic Electric again.

They were terrific! The price was very reasonable. It was a lot less than the other quotes I have gotten. They're an A across the board. The timing was perfect. They took care of business and there's nothing I could say that's negative in any way. I would absolutely use them again. The workers were very good. I actually wasn't there myself. I had one of my workers that was there. They said everybody was professional. He said that they were great. This was my first time using them.

It went very well. The work took a few hours, and I was given everything I needed to meet the county's specifications. I had them back after Hurricane Matthew wreaked havoc with electrical. They came within hours of my call and provided the info I needed to give FPL as it turned out to be a transformer problem.

Issues identified on the home inspection needed to be corrected; these items were minor, though unsure of how long it would take I purchased two hours. Since there was an hour left two ceiling fans were replaced. (I had already purchased the ceiling fans, though I am unable to install them myself.) Joel was very personable, professional and efficient. I highly recommend Atlantic Electric!

I can't say enough about the job that Joel did. I'm very pleased and will use this company again. Joel was early for the job and very polite. There was problems with the ceiling fan battery job which was no fault of his. During my call to Home Depot he suggested a different solution to solve my problem. Send us a compatible remote instead of a new battery. Then we won't have to have another electrician visit. I fell in love with him then. He was thinking of his customers. He gave me a suggestion for a future job. My father came over while he was here and was impressed with the job The jobs I needed done was the perfect amount of time for the voucher I purchased

This was from an Angies list offer. When filling it out Angies list gave me a choice of service request date of Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday following the Sat I put request. I picked Monday but it wasnt critical. I got an email from them Monday that they were too busy for that week it would have to be the next week to call and schedule. I emailed back we would take first appointment available to let us know when that would be. No answer. I then called and was given a week away appointment (again no problem but this could be for some people). Lady said tech would call when on way. Appointment was at noon. At one we havent heard anything. Called them - had to leave message. They called right back at 1:15. She said he got held up and would be about a half hour. Half hour later - nothing - no calls. He got here 2:15. I have worked dispatch before and we were much more attentive and on top of where our guys were. But this is just a personal thing since I have done this before. The lady I talked to whenever I called was very nice but it would have been nice if THEY had called us and just said running behind but will be there in the next hour or so. Anyone understands that some things go quick and easy and some things wind up being more time consuming and difficult or you run into things you didnt expect. The late thing wasnt a problem just the lack courtesy to customer a quick call would have fixed. The young man who came, Joel, was great. He fixed our first problem right away (in like 15 minutes) and since we had him for two hours we had him do an outside outlet we would need soon. He got a quote for materials from the office and while he finished up first issue we decided to go ahead with outside outlet. Quote range was for what he might run into and materials he might need ... But the range ran from ok (70.00) to just a little too much (120). We just moved here and we have pretty much exhausted all our extra funds. We decided to take a chance since he was here and he had it done quickly and wound a a tiny bit less than low end (it was an easy shot - power was right there and he didnt need much as far as supplies). All in all we were very happy with the experience. We would definately call them again for any electrical problem we had. Everyone was nice and prices reasonable.

Exceptional, courteous, trustworthy professionals, very knowledgeable. Joel is able to problem solve, give decisive honest advise offer opinions when asked and adjust to changing requests. These two young men were just wonderful.

He informed me of other wiring concerns and did the wok with my approval with excellence. He viewed the project as if it was his own house and made it perfect.

Joel arrived on time and ready to work. He replaced an interior ceiling fan which included adding an electrical box to bring it up to code. On the exterior, Joel replaced 3 lights and a doorbell. When the stucco facade was placed on my house, instead of taking everything off, they stuccoed right over the base of the lights! Joel took time and care to remove them with the least amount of disturbance to the stucco. I have nothing but praise for Atlantic Electric! Joel is professional, courteous and knowledgeable young man. Keep up the good work!! A++

We have been so please with the performance, professionalism and cost from Atlantic. Mike was very professional and understood our requirements exactly. The electricians were all professional as well as personable. I felt very comfortable and felt like they were able to inform me of what they were doing in laymen's terms that I could understand. I would most definitely recommend this company. The response time was so quick and that along with professional demeanor, good pricing and excellent communication just cannot be compared!

Went well. Technician was knowledgeable and proficient. Ask questions. Make you are clear if you want to keep any cabling, old fixtures, etc. that are removed from the wall--this would be the only concern. Have a very clear list of what needs to be done so they can organize their time best.

the quality of the work was good and the service was prompt. We called this electrician because they were close by (Port Orange) and because of the good reviews. The negative part happened when the electrician gave the invoice to my wife and said that even though it only took 1/2 hour to fix the switches, he had to charge us one hour of driving time because they had come from Deland (or Deltona or something like that). There was no mention of a travel charge when we made the appointment, and we had no idea that they would be coming from somewhere other than Port Orange anyway. we paid the bill but will not be using them again.

I purchased a 2 hour special deal posted on Angie's List. I was contacted quickly and scheduled an appointment for a time frame within a couple of days. Their worker Joel was prompt, asked a lot of questions to understand exactly what we wanted and proceeded to complete the work requested professionally, in a timely manner, and cleaned up when he was finished. The work requested exceeded the two hour special, however, the additional cost was very reasonable. I would recommend this company to friends and neighbors.
