Had to wait a few days to be fit into their schedule but was given that information right up front. They called on the day the work was scheduled for to give a time frame for their arrival and they were very professional in removing the old and installing the new water heater.

They responded to my home within a couple of hours, were friendly, professional and completed the job in 45 minutes. The fee charged was reasonable for the service performed and I was very happy to have my water back on again

Greg promptly answered the telephone st 7:35am and said he would do his best to work me in that afternoon. He called back and we agreed on a time to meet, and he showed right on time. Greg was very knowledgable and ensured it was an element. He quickly changed the defective element and was on his way. I them polite, knowledgable, and trustworthy. I used them before at another location and will do again if the need arises.

They were prompt and professional. Everything was done quickly and very neat. Pricing was competitive.

The repairs were made and both bathroom showers work great! I suspect a less skilled plumber would not have been able to make the repairs without extensive destruction of the existing tile. This plumber knows his trade and never gave up even though he encountered numerous challenges during the extensive repairs.

Andy Frattin Plumbing, Inc. did a great job. He doesn't call back the customer right away. That's the only thing he needs to improve, to answer customer calls in a reasonable time.

Went very well, conscientious workers, cleaned up when they were through. Now i have hot water!

It went miserably They could figure out how to make everything work again and said we had a defective hot water heater. Left it out. Left a spaghetti mess of water pipes and hoes under the sink. Blamed everyone under the sun. I was on a business trip and my wife who didn't know better paid him. A mistake. I spend four hours untangling the mess and after two trips to Lowes all is installed, no leaks and no spaghetti junction.

It went very well. I have recommended him to many others. He's a nice guy. He's very prompt and very thorough. He uses good quality parts. He's been doing plumbing in this house for fifteen to twenty years.
