 + -1 moreA/C went out last night (noticed around 10pm). I called and left a message. Received a call back shortly after 8:00am saying they could have someone out between 10-11:30. Repairman was here by 10:30 and had problem diagnosed and repaired within 1/2 hour! So happy on this expected record-breaking temperature day!

 + -1 moreZiegler A/C is the company to call when you want your HVAC problem fixed right, fast, and at a fair price! The repair man was thorough, knowledgeable, professional, very helpful, and quick! My A/C unit was leaking a large amount of water through my walls onto the floor. I called two companies to get bids for repair. The first company?s quote was $275 and Ziegler?s price was $200. The Ziegler repairman was thorough in trouble shooting the problem. My HVAC condenser pump needed to be replaced and he unclogged the drain lines with high pressure air and cleaned out the drain pipe with the water hose. He explained everything he was doing and suggested that I pour in a cap of Simply Green monthly to keep the lines clean (something I didn?t know). He also showed me how to check to see if the pump was full of water. Now I understand exactly how the HVAC condenser pump works! My system has been working perfectly since the repair. I am very happy I chose Ziegler A/C!
