I recommend to avoid this company.

Excellent experience. One call to the head office in Jacksonville got me a return call from their local rep Tony the same day. He arrived on time for our appointment, and I received his quote by email the next day. Lowest bid (surprise) but I was impressed by Zabatt's capability and resources and would have picked them anyway. I put them in touch with my propane supplier, and once the propane tank was installed, the generator was installed. The only hitch was I couldn't get a notary to notarize my signature on the permit application. One call to Jacksoinville, and Santo, the project manager came to the house the next day to witness my signature and have it notarized at their office. Monday morning the big reveal, everything works great, Couple hours later my wife tells me the lights don't work in the master berdroom. Another call to Jacksonville, (I know this can't be the fault of the generator, but who else can I call?) Santo calls back and sends an electrician over that afternoon. Turns out a weak connection in an electrical box in the attic let go. Apparently wire nuts are harder to install properly than they look. Nothing whatever to do with the generator, but Zabatt fixed it no charge, part of the quality service policy.
