Description of Work: They were very professional and were punctional. The sales person knew his products and was able to give a few helpful hints. Due to price we did not purchase the curtains.

 + -1 moreGeorge the owner presented me with various options and gave me decorating advise in helping to select material to made my decor. He left me an estimate and within 2 days I contacted him to purchase the blinds. He came back - remeasured all the windows and placed the order. I had my verticals and mini blinds within 1 week - the Roman shades took 2 weeks. The days he received them he contacted me and made arrangements to hang them the next day (he came on a (Saturday both times, even though I had not requested Saturday work). He made arrangements to have a Roman Shade Valance custom made to match the ordered Roman shades. I have not received this but because it is being custom made I should have it with within the next week. I did give a 50% deposit at time of ordering but did not have to pay him the balance until the entire order is complete even though I have received everything but my valance.
Description of Work: I need to have vertical blinds, mini blinds and roman shades. I wanted material type shades, not plastic or wooden. The amount of samples that I had to choose from was unbelievable. I received great advise as to what product wore well, what products had previous problems that the company needed to fix. Blinds were ordered and installed with in 2 weeks. I also had a custom Roman shade valance that was made to match the Roman Shades - the manufacturer did not do this type of work, so matching material was ordered.

 + -1 moreIT'S ALWAYS BEEN EXCELLENT. I WOULDN'T USE ANOTHER COMPANY. I HAVE USED THEM FOR FOURTEEN YEARS. OVERALL THEY ARE AN A+. THEY ARE EXTREMELY RESPONSIVE.
