Horrible experience. Felt cheeted. Agent Chris Gold, worst agent I have ever dealt with. Very unprofessional with regards to his responsibility as a agent. Very unresponsive via phone and email. The company collets $80 per applicant, but do not follow through and completely process your application (and this was done to my disabled son).

I did get an answer but had to pay for the first lawn treatment from the lawn service I had to solicit. Still waiting on the management company.

I rented the house for 3 years. They were very responsive & accommodating when I originally scheduled to see the property & the worked with me on the applications. About a year after moving in, the original representative we were dealing with left the company & we were assigned a new rep. I will give them credit for addressing items that were broken or needing repair. They also worked with me when we asked to lower the rent in the bad economy. My main issue with this company is concering the deposit. The original deposit was more than the rent at the time. Our lease advised that when we left the premises, the carpets had to be professionally cleaned & the house had to be free from trash, debris, & damage, other than normal wear & tear. I had a professional carpet cleaning company clean the carpets & we cleaned the whole house. Wilson kept nearly $500 of the $1200 deposit for having the carpets professionally cleaned & the house professionally cleaned. I disputed this as I even provided them with a copy of the receipt from the carpet cleaning company. Nearly 4 months later, I had not received a response. I just received notification from the VP of Wilson that they were not refunding additional funds. I feel that the are trying to keep more of the deposit because they are currently renting the house for less than what we were paying. They did not abide by their own contract when it came to the cleaning of the premises.
