Rodent problem in attic in 2013. Wildlife patrol trapped, decontaminated and sealed house from further entry. Signed up for quarterly pest control and they continue to monitor sealed areas, as well as provide pest/bug control. Rob is very responsive when I have issues, i.e. work done on the house and re-sealing necessary.
Description of Work: Wildlife Patrol continues to provide pest control and monitors sealing of house done in 2013.

Overall the experience OK. They knew what they were doing and overall did a good job, but the devil is in the details. Phase I: sealing and trapping went well and was handled with an excellent level of professionalism. Phase II: removal of insulation was done with no consideration given to our clothes or home. The original appointment was pushed a week because both of their vacuum motors were broken. On the day of the insulation removal, the whole crew came in and removed the insulation from the attic through the access panel in our closet. They dropped insulation all over our clothes and bed when they should have either covered them or instructed us to move them to another room while they were working; we had to wash EVERYTHING in the closet and room as well as vacuum up all of the insulation in the closet - this was a HUGE inconvenience. Phase III: blowing in new insulation went mostly well - we covered our stuff this time. I had also spoke to the owner Jon and told him I wanted to take advantage of the tax credit the government was offering for re-doing the insulation - he said he would help. He sent me an invoice but the insulation materials were not broken out (the gov. tax credit is for 30% of materials). I emailed him two times and called him twice (left messages) and received no response nor call back. Their lack of service after the fact means that I was unable to take advantage of the tax credit. Between the inconvenience of having to wash our beddings and everything in our closet due to the Phase II insulation removal, and ignoring our multiple requests for an invoice with a breakout of materials so we could have saved some of the cost is, in my opinion, inexcusable. Neither of these issues would have cost the company any money or additional time, had they addressed the issue in a professional manner to begin with. Wildlife Patrol will do a great job of ridding your home of critters, but there is an unnecessary cost to the customer.
Description of Work: Wildlife Patrol came out found that we had rats in our attic. They sealed up the house with steel cloth, set traps in cellar and attic, and after several weeks of trapping, removed 1200 sqft of old, contaminated, insulation, sprayed the attic with a biological agent to remove odor, then re-blew in new insulation.
