+ -1 moreI mailed the phone to them even though they were 8 miles away. It saved gas and time in traffic, and I had a backup phone to use while this one was repaired. They gave a $5 courtesy for indicating that I am an Angie's List reviewer. Work was very professional. I paid return postage and the unit looks and works like new.
Description of Work: Requested repair of a broken front screen. Did not request repair of the cracked back case but they replaced it with a nice used case at no extra charge!

+ 0 moreIt went well. It's not an opulent showroom, and the folks that work there are dressed in regular street clothes- so it seems a little unprofessional. They were friendly, though, and after going in for everything from a jailbreak/unlock to purchasing a used phone to getting a repair, I'm convinced that they are trustworthy and reasonably priced- especially since they stood by there 1 month warranty on a used iPhone by swapping out our phone with a better one. I will continue to go there if I need a repair out of warranty.
Description of Work: We Fix Phones unlocked my iPhone 3gs so I could use it on my carrier. They did the same for my wife's phone, and later sold her a used iPhone 3gs when she lost hers. After about a month we had a lot of trouble with the used phone we bought, so they replaced it with another one. A few months later we took it back for a minor repair.
