+ -1 moreThe spring on our garage door broke early one morning. After checking the phone book and Angie's List I called several places to inquire about repairs, cost estimate and when they could get out to do it. They quoted a price and came out two days later on the date and time I requested. The repair man called early and said he could do it sooner in the day if we would like - worked out great. He had it fixed, tested and cleaned up in a very short time and when I went to pay him he said they usually charged more than what I was quoted. He called the office and they charged even LESS than quoted. Would I use them again - you betcha!
Description of Work: Replace both springs on garage door opener.

+ -1 moreExcellent service from the first contact. Very professional. Came when promised and was able to expertly identify problem immediately. Did not charge for parts or service not needed.
Description of Work: Door would not go down. Rep. identified sensor problem immediately. He fixed sensor wiring, greased components on door. Also adjusted door that it went to ground - no daylight showing through.

+ -1 moreOVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS EXCELLENT. THE WORKERS WORKED VERY HARD TO MAKE THE GARAGE DOOR FIT IN AN UNUSUALLY SHAPED GARAGE OPENING. THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND ON THEIR CALL OF DUTY.
Description of Work: REMOVED 1 PEICE DOOR AND HAULED AWAY. A 16X7 MODEL 8000 ALMOND GLAZED WILLIAMSBURG TOP LOW HEAD ROOM TRACK WAS INSTALLED.
